I have sat back and assessed the incident with the video of our Marines urinating on Taliban corpses. I do not recall any self-righteous indignation when our Delta snipers Shugart and Gordon had their bodies dragged through Mogadishu. Neither do I recall media outrage and condemnation of our Blackwater security contractors being killed, their bodies burned, and hung from a bridge in Fallujah.

I don’t recall that either.

All these over-emotional pundits and armchair quarterbacks need to chill. Does anyone remember the two Soldiers from the 101st Airborne Division who were beheaded and gutted in Iraq?

The Marines were wrong. Give them a maximum punishment under field grade level Article 15 (non-judicial punishment), place a General Officer level letter of reprimand in their personnel file, and have them in full dress uniform stand before their Battalion, each personally apologize to God, Country, and Corps videotaped and conclude by singing the full US Marine Corps Hymn without a teleprompter.

As for everyone else, unless you have been shot at by the Taliban, shut your mouth, war is hell.

President Obama told a bipartisan group of members of Congress today that he expects the U.S. would be actively involved in any military action against Libya for “days, not weeks,” after which he said the U.S. would take more of a supporting role, sources tell ABC News.

U.S.-led military action in Libya has bolstered rebels fighting Moammar Gadhafi’s forces, but the international operation could continue for months, the Obama administration says.

A female war photographer from the New York Times revealed tonight how she was repeatedly sexually assaulted during her nightmare hostage ordeal in Libya. Lynsey Addario was one of four Times journalists have now been released after being held captive by pro-Gaddafi forces.

One man grabbed her breasts – the start of a pattern of sexual harassment she endured over the ensuing 48 hours. ‘There was a lot of groping,’ she said. ‘Every man who came in contact with us basically felt every inch of my body short of what was under my clothes.’

His guest, Michael Moore, bailed out Assange from British custody because he believes the rape charges are a bunch of “hooey”, even though liberals have instructed us all (in no uncertain terms) that rape accusations are to be taken seriously.

While Moore is correct that Assange is entitled to the presumption of innocence, the alleged victims in this case are also due the presumption that they’re not just lying crybaby sluts.

Then again, let’s cut Olbermann and Moore some slack because rape accusations are only to be taken seriously when they don’t involve important liberals (i.e. Bill Clinton, Roman Polanski).

But then came the liberal screech and Michael Moore had to go and explain to Rachel Maddow why he helped bail out a man not accused of just rape-rape.

A week after Countdown host Keith Olbermann and guest Michael Moore sparked a Twitter protest over their dismissive treatment of rape allegations against Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, Moore made an appearance on The Rachel Maddow Show that was much anticipated by those protesters.

Note: IF you do watch the Maddow-Moore interview, it may appear that Rachel seems to overuse repetition and oversimplify her comments to her liberal audience. See if you agree….

The timing could not be more suspicious. The man accused says he’s being pursued for political reasons. But even if you’re suspicious about the timing, there are two women who went to the police with what are essentially date-rape charges against this guy.

This doesn’t fit on a bumper sticker.

Can your suspicion about the forces arrayed against Julian Assange and Wikileaks — your suspicion about the timing and pursuit of these charges — coexist with respect for the women making these accusations against him and with a commitment to take rape allegations seriously, even when the person accused is someone that for other reasons you like?
— Michael Moore, The Rachel Maddow Show, 12/21/10

Moore spent most of the interview claiming while rape accusations must be taken seriously, the work of Julian Assange is more important when it comes to revealing the truth; most important of which was the US Government’s lying about and the media’s repeating that Moore’s “Sicko” had been banned in Cuba (I didn’t know we had so much clout there).

And if I were to come to the usual progressive opinion, I’d say old, white politicians, Hollywood types, and whistle blowers can fondle, grope, drug, fuck, sodomize, and just plain rape any woman (or girl) they want, as long as they are doing something of political or artsy importance to the left.

Sorry, that’s how it looks and ultimately we have WikiLeaks to thank for bringing this to light as well.

Now, he’s coming off like one.

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange tried to hide his bail address from the public in an astonishing move for the man responsible for leaking thousands of diplomatic secrets.

Assange’s lawyers argued that the location – a 10-bedroom stately home – should not be disclosed on grounds of privacy during yesterday’s hearing at City of Westminster Magistrates’ Court.

This man and his merry band of juvenile hackers have damaged the diplomatic apparatus of many nations, put the national security of some and lives of others at risk, disrupted the service of major corporations by posting stolen sensitive documents on the Internet… and now HE wants privacy!

If anything, this blatant do-as-I-say-not-as-I-do proves he’s a progressive.

Wikileaks founder Julian Assange is considering applying for asylum in Switzerland because he fears for his safety. The veteran computer expert, who was in Geneva speaking at a human rights convention, said he was looking for a safe place to set up shop for him and his followers to continue his intelligence operation.

It was all about his cause and the celebrity status he enjoyed, because if it were just about the cause, we wouldn’t know who he is. That’s Julian’s problem….

This isn’t the first time Assange has said he feared for his security. In July, after he leaked secrets from an American soldier who was later charged with mishandling classified data, he told reporters he feared being forcefully detained by the U.S. government. “In terms of returning to the United States I don’t know,” he told the Guardian newspaper. “Our sources advise from inside the US government that there were thoughts of whether I could be charged as a co-conspirator to espionage, which is serious.”

Next on Wikileaks hit list is Russia, according to recent reports.

If Julian Assange thinks the US Government was evil, wait until he messes in the Russian’s business.

I’ve heard they don’t play.

The top U.S. Marine general said President Barack Obama’s announced July 2011 deadline to start withdrawing troops from Afghanistan had given “sustenance” to the Taliban.

We know the president was talking to several audiences at the same time when he made his comments on July 2011. In some ways, we think right now it’s probably giving our enemy sustenance…. In fact, we’ve intercepted communications that say, ‘Hey, you know, we only have to hold out for so long.’

And I’d like to see the president try and haul the Commandant into the White House for a tongue lashing. The question will be who gets the ass chewing and my bet will always be with the old Marine over a skinny liberal prof anyday.

I have just received word that the New York Times is preparing to go public with a list of names of Americans covertly working in Afghanistan providing force protection for our troops, as well as the rest of our Coalition Forces. If the Times actually sees this through, the red ink they are drowning in will be nothing compared to the blood their entire organization will be covered with. Make no mistake, the Times is about to cause casualty rates in Afghanistan to skyrocket. Each and every American should be outraged.

Only hatred (yes, I’m using that word) of the military by a bunch of spineless peaceniks would deliberately put brave Americans and allies at mortal risk for ideological and financial gain.

The New York Times can’t go out of business soon enough.

BIDEN: I’m very optimistic about — about Iraq, and this can be one of the great achievements of this administration. You’re going to see 90,000 American troops come marching home by the, uh, end of the summer. You’re going to see a stable government in Iraq that is actually moving toward a representative government.

RUSH: Do you know how hard it is to really not blow a gasket when you hear something like this? It was Joe Lieberman and Barack Obama who opposed the surge, who proclaimed defeat in front of General Petraeus. They opposed everything that led to whatever they think now is stable in Iraq. Obama and Biden wanted to leave in defeat! Harry Reid: “This war is lost.” These people threw the US military under the bus! These people were doing everything they can to secure a defeat for the United States military and he has the chutzpah to go on Larry King Live and say, “This could be one of the great achievements of this administration.” Now, I know that there is rabid hatred for anything Bush in the far left of this country, and I just wonder if they even fall for this. One of the great achievements of this administration? They don’t have an achievement, folks. Not as you and I would measure achievements. The Obama administration doesn’t have one thing they have done positively for this country. I was all set to say that I think may Obama is dumber than Biden, until I heard that.

How can they be “suspected terrorists” when they rigged a bus with explosives? Competence shouldn’t be a qualifier as to intentions.

This may come off as judgmental, but terrorists tend to do that kind of thing and are fairly blatant about their objectives. That kind of eliminates the suspicion of their motivations from the equation.

To call the Democrat actions of the last few months an overreach would be the mother of all understatements. No experienced politician in their right mind would take the nation historically into debt to end a recession, during that recession propose taxing businesses and people for their energy use, use taxpayer money to buy failing banks and car companies, regulate the pay of certain private citizens, and try yet another attempt to take over the nation’s health care system.

This reminds me of the opening scene of Blazing Saddles…

Taggart: The surveyors say they may have run into some quicksand up ahead. Better check it out.
Lyle: Okay, I’ll send down a team of horses to check out the ground.
Taggart: *Horses*?
[hits Lyle's head]
Taggart: We can’t afford to lose any horses, you dummy! Send over a couple of niggers.

What white Democrat would ever stick his neck out and attempt such potentially suicidal actions as has been demanded by the left of Barack Obama (and they have been very demanding)?

Bill Clinton (early into his first term) wasn’t stupid enough to attempt a takeover of one-sixth of the United States’ economy.

He got his wife to do it.

She was a woman, thus deemed untouchable by the media and opposition. We all know what happened after that and other screw-ups: Democrats lost control of the House and Senate.

No politician was stupid enough to try that again…

We can’t afford to lose any horses, you dummy! Send over a couple of niggers.

Barack Obama’s only crime is that he’s allowed himself to be used by a chicken-shit, white progressive movement that would never politically martyr one of their own to the extent they have this president.

Would Al Gore or John Kerry ever attempt all the things Obama’s supporters have demanded of him in eleven months of his first term? I think not, but as liberals have little respect for black people, it’s no surprise they would use the first black president to get what they want as Barack Obama is less than garbage to them.

Don’t get me wrong; it takes two to tango and they needed to find a black person who was willing to sell his soul (and they did). Barack Obama and his family are living large, a small price to pay for being a willing dupe who’d throw out a long-term future in politics for one short term in the big house. Will he live large later? Sure, he’ll get paid, but for now he’s doing what he’s told, reading what’s written for him to say, and he’ll push the radical agenda as far as he can. The left will play the race card as his cover, and they’ll get their way without losing one prominent white Democrat. At least that was the plan until Pelosi, Reid and others strayed from the playbook.

We can’t afford to lose any horses, you dummy! Send over a couple of niggers.

Look at the last presidential election. Barack Obama told us (for the most part) what he wanted to do, and the patronizing mainstream media lauded him for his courage. How many former presidential candidates ever made the socialist promises Barack Obama did (aside from Dennis Kucinich and Sheila Jackson-Lee types)? And speaking of Sheila Jackson-Lee and Barbara Lee types, the black Democrats who usually get the most attention from the liberal wing are the ones who say and do the most ridiculous things; things very few white Democrat officeholders would in public.

Heard much from Al Franken lately…?

Democrats love using black people. Every two years, Sharpton and Jackson have to remind Democrats not to take the black vote for granted. Every two years, blacks vote 9:1 for Democrats and the same shit they were complaining about two years ago still ain’t fixed. Whether government should be expected to help anyone is a discussion for a later date, but the fact remains liberals don’t respect black people and continue to use them for any political advantage they can get.

We can’t afford to lose any horses, you dummy! Send over a couple of niggers.

However our nation looks a month from now, six months from now, years from now, remember that we’ve seen our nation transformed in a way none of us could ever imagine, and given the way black people are portrayed by the left, no black person will ever be trusted with this kind of power again. Liberals will have gotten their way and they didn’t have to lose any of their horses at all.
