Sound familiar…?

As a New England Patriots fan, I’m not all caught up in the Tebowmania. I don’t hate Tim Tebow, but in the days leading up to this game, I consider him the enemy.

That said, I still look at him as marketing product. Consider how many players in all sports point to the sky in homage to the Lord every time they succeed on their field of battle and no one thinks twice about it. How many black players openly thank Jesus and God for their fortunes during interviews.

Now while this isn’t a race thing to us, the left is looking at last year’s Tim Tebow’s Super Bowl “Focus on the Family” anti-abortion commercial and made him an enemy for life. However, instead of pointing to the sky like everyone else, Tebow has successfully (and I believe sincerely) marketed his signature bow and has taken the nation by storm. The media’s action line of “divine intervention” helping his team is an insult to the hard work put in by the Denver Broncos.

Today’s game is going to be decided by men, not faith, and certainly not by the number one fan, God. Tim Tebow is a man just like all the others who’ll take the field tonight. He chooses to pray in public and make some tingle inside, fine.

I and many others want him to lose and badly. That doesn’t make us evil. That’s just the way it should be.

The left calls the right “homophobic” and “intolerant” while simultaneously giving Muslims “Islamophobic” victim status. It turns out gays have more to worry about from their fellow victims than they thought.

The Death Penalty? leaflet, which mentions execution and says it is the only way the immoral sin of homosexuality can be erased from society, was handed out to people outside the Jamia Mosque after Friday prayers on July 2, she said.

This kind of “speech” isn’t news to us and it may make the LGBT’s think twice before attack those who’ll probably end up fighting for their freedom to exist.

Again, I go back to that, you know, traditional topic that I always talk about, you know, the powers of international Zionism – a power in banking, a power in media, a power in government influence, in campaign finance – a power that’s, you know, hurting the values of this country on behalf of Israel. So, I would vote for Ron Paul at this moment because he’s one of the few candidates who have policies in this regard and this realm that I wholeheartedly support, and that’s why I’d vote for him.

Lowe’s finds itself in a fix
Lowe’s decision to yank its ads from a reality TV show about American Muslims may backfire at a time when retailers can least afford to alienate customers. Matt Ellis of Newton’s Ellis Strategies said Lowe’s needs to “stop the bleeding as soon as possible” by saying it made a mistake.

As I always like to ask, what if this situation was reversed?

Retail giant Lowe’s stopped advertising on TLC’s “All-American Muslim” after a conservative group known as the Florida Family Assn. complained, saying the program was “propaganda that riskily hides the Islamic agenda’s clear and present danger to American liberties and traditional values.”

Suehaila Amen, whose family is featured on “All-American Muslim,” said she was disappointed by Lowe’s decision. “I’m saddened that any place of business would succumb to bigots and people trying to perpetuate their negative views on an entire community,” Amen, 32, told the Detroit News on Sunday.

Suehaila, “All-American Muslim” hasn’t been cancelled; an advertiser backed out (which in this country we call “choice”). Would a show called “All-American Christian” featuring independent women even be aired (let alone produced) in a Muslim country? I think not.

BTW — quite a few other corporations yanked commercials as well. Any particular reason Lowe’s was publicly admonished…?

President Obama looked more like a schlemiel fighting a war on decorum when the White House lit all the candles on the menorah at its official Hanukkah party. Even worse, the official celebration occurred almost two weeks too early. Hanukkah begins at sundown Dec. 20.

Today the Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams says Jesus would have joined the #Occupy protesters… After they crapped inside his cathedral.

Personally, I think Jesus would have cleared the Temple, but that’s only me. The case could be made that Occup-itus is a mental illness and apparently highly contagious.
