The real problem stems from these kids now being in charge of the entertainment industry. The think the juvenile is hip, they think bad taste is cutting edge, and there’s not much that can be done about it outside of raising your own kids with values and discipline; something our ideological opponents abandoned long ago.

Given the current themes in American pop culture, does anyone think Disney would be making a stink if Ho White was black and this ad was a music video that ran on BET?

In recent years an ongoing debate has brewed over advertisers and fashion magazines using photographs, particularly photographs of women, that have seemingly been altered, or “retouched,” by airbrushing and photo editing software such as Photoshop.

The latest such image to cause an uproar is one featured in a new Ralph Lauren advertisement that shows a model, Filippa Hamilton, so emaciated that her waist actually appears to be smaller than her head.

Kanye West gave a performance that will never be forgotten at the MTV Video Music Awards, but unfortunately for him, it had nothing to do with his music.

The rapper stormed on stage to unleash an astonishing rant during an acceptance speech by country starlet Taylor Swift at the MTV Video Music Awards last night. The 19-year-old singer, who was collecting Best Female Video for You Belong To Me, was left humiliated as West snatched the microphone from her hands.

He turned to the audience and shouted that the gong should have gone to his big friend Beyonce, for Single Ladies.

In the proud tradition of liberalism, this kind of talk was not issued to inspire dialogue but to force the other side to just shut up. If you listen to the left today, they are defending the president and his agenda, not on their merits, but solely against people who just don’t like the color of his skin.

Liberals hardly have any credibility here because it must be nice to believe you can make the rules that everyone else has to live by while exempting yourself whenever convenient.

According to their rules, you can’t say anything negative about blacks in politics, that is, unless they’re not Democrats. Prominent liberals were left virtually unscathed after racially attacking Dr. Condoleezza Rice. Syndicated political cartoonists like Jeff Danzinger and Thomas Oliphant never lost their jobs, and never had to issue a mea culpa to the nation (and/or Al Sharpton). So, the umbrella of liberal compassion has its limitations.

Danzinger seemingly speaks for all white liberals with his justification (excuse) as well as the template on how they operate today on behalf of Barack Obama.

Whenever this administration is in trouble they send out Condi Rice because the press, which is mostly white and male, gives her a far easier treatment than they would a white male.

That’s how it’s supposed to work: send in a Barack Obama and not only the press, but the American people should stand down and give him far easier treatment than they would a white male.

But I think this justified racism on the left goes even deeper.

Jigaboos and Wannabes in Spike Lee’s “School Daze”

Despite what they say, the left doesn’t really like “black” people. They seem to prefer the “non-threatening” types and for the sake of this argument, the wannabes won.

Liberals in the entertainment business have already told us who their preference is. Look at almost all the black singers and actresses out there today.

I’m not dissing these women because most are talented, but they’re also eye candy talent agents assume the industry executives could jerk off to.

Now look at the administration. Hardly a threatening face in the bunch, then again Van Jones was dark and he’s still under the bus.

Some of these people violate (with immunity) the very rules some conservative blacks pay for daily. The administration’s  light skinned blacks tended to work in white academia, seldom lived in the hood, and inter-racially married. This is more than acceptable to the Janeane Garofalos on the left, and she has their back.

There’s a light-skinned Democrat governor in Massachusetts, Jesse and Al aren’t dark, and neither is the leadership of the NAACP. Can you name me a couple of prominent dark-skinned blacks, high up within the Democrat ranks? I’m sure some can, even though I seem to be suffering from a block. Republicans don’t really have a preference based on skin color as do the progressive left.

So according to their rules, that is as of today, you can’t bash Barack Obama because to do so means your a black-hating redneck racist. Of course the president knows this is just a shallow tactic and if he didn’t condone it, he’d speak out against it. But since he’s also the preferred liberal tint, he’s just going along for the ride.

But there are perils.

To the left, racism has qualifiers. In their minds, there are times when it’s perfectly okay to be a racist. There are no apologies demanded and non given, in fact liberal racism against black Republicans is encouraged.

If you’re a dark black Republican, you’re fair game. If you think that’s overly selective, don’t forget that the left now tolerates Colin Powell.

If Barack Obama starts making life uncomfortable for the liberal elite, is there a chance their innate racism may be turned on him? This is a serious possibility. As we all know, what the press builds up, the press tears down. They’ve put everything into promoting Barack Obama’s race and made his qualifications secondary; not a good idea when the position is the President of the United States.

And let’s break it down. If liberals really gave a damn about blacks as they claim, Margaret Sanger would not be an icon and Planned Parenthood would not exist. But since she is and it does, we’re dealing with people who are using Obama and his race for political expediency, and you don’t use people you respect.

So while the left is screaming racism in his defense today, it could get really ugly should they turn on him. Notice how liberals call Republicans rednecks but not Klan members?

That would be hitting too close to home.

‘Taxpayers should not have to fund feminist porn’
Thursday September 3rd sees the premiere of Mia Engberg’s ‘Dirty diaries’, a feminist porn movie funded by the Swedish Film Institute. Engberg received 500,000 kronor ($69,000) from the Institute to make the movie.

Was that amount a nasty coincidence or what?

Engberg has also tried to make feminist porn before, which has resulted in a lesbian porn film and a film of women’s’ facial expressions at the point of orgasm. Her vision is to get make the porn industry more appealing to women, all in the name of feminism. She also claims that women’s sexuality is more multi-faceted than men’s.

And since porn is being stimulus-funded here, I’d say Mr. Skousen was right on the money.

Watch this the next time you hear celebrities talk about how middle America is “messed up,” “bigots,” or “out of touch.” This is the Teen Choice pre-party out in Hollywood – yes at a club, complete with 9-year olds dancing on stripper poles.

Sarah was sad for a while. She walked around the house pouting. I had assumed she was going to go back to her job as governor, but a week or two after she got back she started talking about how nice it would be to quit and write a book or do a show and make “triple the money.” It was, to her, “not as hard.” She would blatantly say, “I want to just take this money and quit being governor.” She started to say it frequently, but she didn’t know how to do it. When she came home from work, it seemed like she was more and more stressed out.

Hmmm. “Write a book or do a show….”

Jealous?

Something tells me we’re going to see this loser well past his 20th minute of “fame”. Maybe he will do a show.

Speaking out for the first time since a court order forced Google to reveal her identity, blogger Rosemary Port tells the Daily News that model Liskula Cohen should blame herself for the uproar.

“This has become a public spectacle and a circus that is not my doing,” said Port, whose “Skanks in NYC” site branded the 37-year-old Cohen an “old hag.”

“By going to the press, she defamed herself,” Port said.

There’s some narcissistic logic for you.

“Before her suit, there were probably two hits on my Web site: One from me looking at it, and one from her looking at it. That was before it became a spectacle. I feel my right to privacy has been violated.”

Tell you what, Ms. Port. If you have to hide behind anonymity to make statements about someone, it’s probably something that didn’t need to be said.

Maybe she’ll figure that out once she’s all growed up. But of course, nowadays when someone’s feelings are hurt, they sue.

Google is to be sued for $15 million (£9 million) by an anonymous blogger who was unmasked by the internet search company.

Rosemary Port said that Google had failed to protect her right to privacy when the company obeyed a court order to reveal her name after she used her blog to accuse a former Vogue model of being a “psychotic, lying, whoring … skank”.

Liskula Cohen, 36, won a landmark case in a New York court last week, forcing Google to disclose the online identity of Ms Port, 29, a Fashion Institute of Technology student, who created her “Skanks in NYC” blog a year ago using Google’s Blogger.com program.

There are a lot of women I dislike (in the political and entertainment world), but there’s a line I don’t cross. Calling someone a “psychotic, lying, whoring … skank”, even WITH proof, is a shark jumper.

Hopefully Rosemary Port will lose her court case (and a few more bucks) and learn that if it’s something she wouldn’t say to someone’s face, she shouldn’t say it at all.

Every afternoon this month in a converted Edinburgh church half a dozen Malawian dancers wear “Adopt me” T-shirts in Mercy Madonna of Malawi, the latest in a lengthening line of topical low-budget musicals at the festival.

The “Madonna” whose eye they are trying to catch is a strapping black man in a platinum blonde wig and pink negligee who sings “Last night I dreamed of Malawi” to the tune of the Material Girl’s early hit La Isla Bonita.

If you’re going to be another (in the enlightened Hollywood crowd) who consider minority adoptions like buying a new purse, you have to live with the consequences, as not all will see such enlightenment as anything less than an it’s-all-about-me stunt.
