San Francisco’s big push for low-flow toilets has turned into a multimillion-dollar plumbing stink.

Skimping on toilet water has resulted in more sludge backing up inside the sewer pipes, said Tyrone Jue, spokesman for the city Public Utilities Commission. That has created a rotten-egg stench near AT&T Park and elsewhere, especially during the dry summer months.

As recently illustrated in the Wisconsin state house, stench usually follows liberals by either their presence or their intentions.

Sometimes my instincts scare me, then again Massachusetts RINO’s are predictable.

Many have questioned how Brown could let a pedophile run free instead of stopping what could be a serial molester who may now have been at it for upwards of 40 years. Among the “believers” are many who are appalled that a U.S. senator would throw a literary grenade at a respected Christian summer camp and not disclose a name so that Cape officials can pursue the attacker and defend their reputation.

This “story” stunk from the beginning and now the Democrats smell blood.

The Brown family has been trying to cash in on his fame since Election Night and what’s most unfortunate is Brown’s public turning of his back on the very people who made his victory possible: the Tea Party.

Also, if his “abuse” accusation turns out to be a fabrication, it’ll be a victory dance liberals and the media will attempt to drag out through November 2012.

I never trusted Scott Brown from Day One, took shit for it, and am feeling more vindicated with his every misstep.

As many of you know, the Massachusetts Republican State Committee will soon be either reelecting or electing the Commonwealth’s GOP chair. Both candidates were recently asked questions and the answers were telling.

How will or have you embraced the Tea Party?

Bill McCarthy’s response:

I will and have embraced the Tea Party in Massachusetts. While the current chair has shunned their support, I feel their enthusiasm and activism can play a critical role in the future of the party. Several active political groups, including the tea party, have been marginalized or completely ignored by current leadership. Ironically, these groups have put forth some of our best candidates, made strong financial contributions, and had the most consistently active volunteers. I will work with every group that supports Republican candidates.

Jennifer Nassour did not respond.

In fact, Nassour declined to answer any of the questions asked. This should make things very simple for the State Committee.

In trying to find a way to jump on the Obama-doubt bandwagon, New York Times’ Maureen Dowd had to diss the American people (ask the NAACP how that worked out for them) to justify her leap.

The bookstore gave the president a copy of “Freedom,” a new novel by Jonathan Franzen about a dysfunctional family in America. This is apt, since Obama is the head of the dysfunctional family of America — a rational man running a most irrational nation, a high-minded man in a low-minded age.

But now, it’s time for the sycophantic Dowd to attempt a credibility reclaim after her manipulative endorsement of The One.

The president who is always talking about wanting to be perfectly clear is ever more opaque. The One, who owes his presidency to the intense feeling he stirred up, turns out to be a practical guy who can’t deal with intense feeling.

He came as a redeemer and then — tied up in W.’s Gordian knots, dragged down by an economy leeched by wars and Wall Street charlatans — didn’t redeem. And nothing bums out a nation that blows with the wind like a self-appointed messiah who disappoints.

“… self appointed messiah”…?

Obviously, she’s expecting the knuckle-dragging populace to forget her own Obama foreplay.

Obviously Dowd conveniently forgot that she and others in the media assured the “most irrational nation” that Barack Obama could do no wrong and fix all that ailed us. Maybe she’s the dysfunctional one, and given the Times’ falling circulation numbers, maybe the bummed out nation is seeking informed, practical optimism elsewhere…?

Sometimes I can’t believe how stupid some of our elected officials really are.

Bessemer Councilwoman Dorothy Davidson, who is running for mayor of the city, claims she secured Saban’s endorsement of her campaign three weeks ago. Davidson printed it on a color campaign flier that shows her and the coach smiling side by side on a golf course.Davidson, when contacted about the campaign ad and photo on Tuesday afternoon, at first said the image of her and Saban together was real and taken about three weeks ago. However, when presented later with a 2007 photo of Saban and his wife that appears to be the base photo onto which Davidson’s image was added, the candidate acknowledged that her image was digitally added to the 2007 photo.

“They said we could do it this way,” Davidson said.

I’m stunned.

Oh, and guess the party affiliation? If I were The Birmingham News, I’d try to hide that out of sheer embarrassment.

Countdown’s Executive Producer Izzy Povich is leaving the program to take over as Senior Executive Producer of Lawrence O’Donnell’s soon-to-be-launched 10pmET show.

Interestingly, there is no replacement yet.

Could it be Povich left after Olbermann went on vacation so he didn’t have to deal with attitude, and funny how no one’s jumping at a chance to be a replacement?

While Andrea Tantaros came off as rather snooty at CPAC and Laura Ingraham can be Laura Ingraham, most conservatives are courteous on-set. Liberals on the other hand….

With the cloud of agitated protests hanging over the G20 Summit in Toronto, we once again have the opportunity to squash the liberal mantra that conservatives are just a nudge from violence.

The Ontario Federation of Labour said it wants Saturday’s rally in Toronto to be a family event, but police guarding the perimeter downtown recommended that people do not bring children into the crowd, as several protesters have already promised that the demonstrations will get ugly.

The Integrated Security Unit (ISU) G20 fears the Black Bloc anarchists ­ regulars at protests where world leaders meet – will infiltrate the crowd.

Wouldn’t want the children to see just how ugly liberals can truly be (and routinely are).

With that, let me share with you a response to a fundraising email to the MassGOP party RINO chair. I was cc’d this from a good friend in my home state, where I divorced myself from the state party that rejected me and my conservatism….

This is exactly what I would expect from a corrupt organization that has clearly lost its way and which is why you’ll not get a dime from this home! If you closely examine the polls and candidates you “proclaim Republican victory” for inside and outside of this state, you will see that in both Virginia and New Jersey top of the tickets were Conservative and as such offered a clear choice for the electorate.

Here in Massachusetts a majority of those winning, exception being in the cities/towns that are completely out of touch with reality, were also conservative and offered a choice. In the rare instances where a RINO won, it was an anti incumbent message, NOT a hooray we are voting Republican message. Additionally in my talking to some of the victors the MAGOP offered them nothing, or what “advice” was offered was politely refused or ignored.

A MAGOP typical candidate is/was in the 23rd congressional District, Dierdre Scozzafava, deserting party values with her support of abortion rights, gay marriage and labor unions and ACORN endorsement. THAT is a MAGOP candidate and the power elite in DC supported her along with the republican elitist in upstate NY. Her money and RINO message was drowned out and flatly ignored by the electorate!

The conservative got no support from your type and still managed to make it a competitive race, even after your type Republican endorsed the Democrat. The seat held by a Republican for over 100 years is now in Democrat hands because you Republican lites think you know what is best…

Why would anyone give a dime to you/your entity? You have already stated your not giving candidates money. Are we supposed to give money to support you and your cadre of bureaucrats salary and benefits? Get Ron Kaufman to spend some of the half million a year he gets from the dictator and fund your lavish parties, Or have “Your Republican Governor” Weld, in particular, call Obama, since Weld endorsed him, maybe Obama will throw some recovery money your way, the MAGOP would more than qualify as being in need of assistance. I’ll give my money, time and support to actual candidates.

I was asked to maybe get involved politically down here in Virginia. While at one point I have said “never”, if I were to jump in the deep end again, it would be somewhere that had real a Republican Party, and not the sorry excuse for a state party whose officials have insulted me, and when I ran and needed their support, gave none to any candidate, except those who kissed their ass and played the moderate game to defeat.
