My mom died January 13, 2011 and I’m concerned about what I found on line thru Spokeo.com. She was a white female in her mid 80′s when she died and voted Republican all her life. Now that she has passed according to Spokeo.com she is an African-American and registered Democrat. She resides in 4 different locations and 4 different districts too. Her name was Geneva Evans, she died in a nursing home here in Wheeling, WV.

I wonder if this is why Democrats are so concerned about black people and voting?

If anyone out there knows of how this lady’s mother can have her name cleared, please let us know. It’s not like we can depend on the Attorney General to clear this up….

When you hear the global warming alarmists talk about how wonderful the world would be if we would just utilize all things “renewable”, you seldom hear how much this conversion will really impact our lives. People are finding out the hard way and they don’t like it.

The British government faces a public backlash against its green energy agenda as consumers are unwilling to spend more on power and gas bills to pay for investment in low-carbon forms of energy, a parliamentary committee warned on Monday.

It urged the government and the energy industry to better engage with the public to explain underlying factors that create higher energy prices.

When progressives don’t get what they want, they believe it’s because the public is too stupid to understand the wisdom in their motives. Or maybe it’s because the public is on to the scam and it’s time to engage (educate). Good luck with that.

We were just talking about Rick Senninger this morning (you know, how he’s ruined so many people’s lives) and guess what just came in…

This piece of shit Rick Senninger lead me to believe that he could put a golf tournament together with George Foreman as the key role.  Senninger was running a scam in Orlando called Sen-Mar Marketing.  I took this con artist to Nassau, Bahamas for a few days to initiate a potential golf tournament.  I personally paid his airfare, his hotel and his expenses under the conditions that he would pay me back .  He did, he wrote me a bad check for over twenty five hundred dollars.  I sued this piece of shit, got a judgment on him with 18% interest and I still cannot find him.  It is a matter of public record, placed in Orange County (Orlando) Florida.  Anybody that has his location and or willing to assist me in collecting or TAKING anything this con artist, piece of shit son of a bitch has, contact me.
Sooner or later I will find him.

It looks like ol’ Rick Senninger is up to no good again…

Rick’s at it again. I am one of his latest victims. He is now running a publicity firm scam. I worked for him for nearly three months with very little payment. Like Mr. Parks, there were several red flags, but I am forever the optimist and I loved the job I was doing so I hung in there in hopes that things would turn around.

He has several talented artists who have relied on him to find them employment. They have exclusive contracts with him so they cannot find work on their own. He even stole the name of an attorney to use as the official attorney for his bogus business dealings.

He began a charity and is accepting donations through www.deletecyberbullying.org — do NOT send any money to this charity!

I am now homeless, unemployed, and in danger of losing custody of my son. All because I quit my job to go to work for this man in the hopes that I could find a job in my field that I loved and that would support my son and myself.

This man deserves to spend the rest of his miserable life behind bars. I hope Karma catches up with him before I do. Karma will probably be nicer.

I have a feeling that Rick’s addiction to fucking people over may not eventually find him behind bars, but that he’ll eventually fuck over the wrong person and wind up face down in an alley (and no one I know will be mourning).

Many black Democrats insist all the charges of ACORN voter irregularity was bogus due to a lack of numerous convictions. ACORN was a victim of a right wing hatchet job, nuf’ said.

The documents obtained by Judicial Watch, a watchdog group, are FBI investigators’ reports related to the 2007 investigation and arrest of eight St. Louis, Mo., workers from ACORN’s Project Vote affiliate for violation of election laws. All eight employees involved in the scandal later pleaded guilty to voter registration fraud.

One employee told the FBI that ACORN headquarters is “wkg [working] for the Democratic Party.”

According to one report, an ACORN employee said the purpose of “[f]raudulent cards” was “[t]o cause confusion on election day to keep polls open longer,” “[t]o allow people who can’t vote to vote,” and “[t]o allow to vote multiple times.”

Don’t worry. Eric Holder won’t take the time to investigate this either.

They say if it’s too good to be true, it usually is.  Here’s a case in point.

As many of you know my California minivan of 10 years died last December. As we needed transportation, we were referred to Brown’s Hyundai in Manassas and as I’ve previously driven a Santa Fe, I sought to purchase one.

Upon doing the loan paperwork, and after test driving a used Santa Fe, we were told the finance company wouldn’t finance that auto because it had too many miles on it (88,000), so we were immediately positioned toward a 2010 Elantra. We were told about this great ten-year, 100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty, “Tires For Life” and we were specifically told that covered the tires even if we ran up on a curb and popped one.

We bought the car and that’s were our trouble began.

One thing we found odd is after we signed all the paperwork, they had new license plates right there to put on the car; no temporary paper plates with us having to go to the Registry. The man who did our paperwork also asked for our proof of insurance, which we provided.

Here’s the catch. Cory was the primary owner of the car with myself as co-signer. The insurance policy was under my name and the man who entered the information into his computer made no mention of this potential problem, thus we essentially drove off the lot in a brand new, uninsured car. I do admit some responsibility, however since I hadn’t been in a showroom in 14 years, my car salesman skepticism skills were a bit rusty. I also fully expected to hear from my insurance company so I could pay for the discrepancy in car value but as I am busy, it skipped my mind.

Two weeks ago, Cory was backing out of our apartment’s parking space and another resident tried to drive around him while he did so. There was a minor collision.

After we exchanged insurance information, we found out later that our New England insurance company never received any notice from Brown’s Hyundai and even if they did, they don’t cover cars purchased in Virginia. We’ve received an estimate of $2500 to fix the other person’s car, we have no licensed person to counter that estimate on our behalf, and we still have the matter of having to replace the entire (probably very expensive) rear panel on a 2010 vehicle out of our own pocket.

Again, had we been told upfront that our insurance policy would not cover the new car, we would have had the opportunity to buy insurance here in Virginia before we drove the car off the lot. It turns out we were driving a brand new, uninsured car for four months.

I also had a rear tire leak, so I took it in to Brown’s Hyundai this morning to get it replaced under the “Tires For Life” warranty we got with the car. Once there, I was told that it ONLY covered normal wear and that I should have read the contract. Again, maybe I should have, but we trusted what the salesman told us. It cost $20 to do whatever they did, and I’m assuming they probably just patched the tire and not replace it.

Also while there, I talked with a gentleman who just four days ago bought a used car at Brown’s Hyundai in Manassas in cash and something about a bogus inspection sticker, it now failing inspection and he had to pay for a repair.

Bottom line for all of you living in the Manassas area: Avoid Brown’s Hyundai in Manassas like the plague. I have the paperwork and will be filing a consumer complaint with the Attorney General of Virginia (as will the gentleman I talked with).

Curiously, Hyundai’s corporate website is not accepting consumer complaints…

Al Gore’s back at it again, twisting recent weather events as proof of global warming.

If there’s a drought – it’s global warming. When there’s a hurricane – it’s global warming. If there are heavy snows or even blizzards – it’s somehow global warming. And amazingly, the latest round of rainy and windy weather in the Northeast, well that’s consistent with this phenomenon as well, so says former Vice President Al Gore.

Gore, the self-anointed climate change alarmist-in-chief, told supporters on a March 15 conference call that severe weather in certain regions of the country could be attributed to carbon in the atmosphere – including the recent rash of rainy weather.

At some point, Gore should be reminded that the Fifth Amendment is there for a reason.

Everything about this initial story stunk from the first time it was being recited by a mainstream media hoping to keep dragging Toyota through the mud and milk the broken-Toyota story for all it was worth.

Okay, so you get the idea. It sounds like a good story.

There already was an evil corporation to pounce on, and now another hapless victim. However, the actual art of reporting was sorely lacking as very few media outlets decided to perform Journalism 1.01: verify. One outlet did and really made the case this was yet another example of a look-at-me type and a media that was easily suckered.

“On the very day Toyota was making a high-profile defense of its cars, one of them was speeding out of control,” said CBS News–and a vast number of other media outlets worldwide. The driver of a 2008 Toyota Prius, James Sikes, called 911 to say his accelerator was stuck, he was zooming faster than 90 miles per hour and absolutely couldn’t slow down.

In fact, almost none of this was true. Virtually every aspect of Sikes’s story as told to reporters makes no sense.

The lack of skepticism from the beginning was stunning. I combed through haystacks of articles without producing such needles as the words “alleges” or “claims.”

And now, it’s cover-your-ass mode with the media….

It only makes one wonder how many other frantic calls (from shysters) we hear replayed in the media are real, or ones they were either too lazy or agenda-driven to get to the bottom of the story… which is their job.

He’s spent years declaring the debate was over so he didn’t have to. He’s testified to a mostly friendly Capitol Hill, made an Oscar-winning documentary, and won a Nobel Peace Prize to save the planet, while setting up a carbon credit repository that would personally enrich him.

He’s about to be called on the carpet and his answers are going to be very interesting, that is, if he doesn’t plead the Fifth.

Senator James Inhofe (R-OK) today asked the Obama administration to investigate what he called “the greatest scientific scandal of our generation” — the actions of climate scientists revealed by the Climategate Files, and the subsequent admissions by the editors of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Fourth Assessment Report (AR4).

Senator Inhofe also called for former Vice President Al Gore to be called back to the Senate to testify.

“In his science fiction movie, every assertion has been rebutted,” Inhofe said. He believes Vice President Gore should defend himself and his movie before Congress.

Stock up on the popcorn, folks.

Just prior to a hearing at 10:00 a.m. EST, Senator Inhofe released a minority staff report from the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, of which he is ranking member. Senator Inhofe is asking the Department of Justice to investigate whether there has been research misconduct or criminal actions by the scientists involved, including Dr. Michael Mann of Pennsylvania State University and Dr. James Hansen of Columbia University and the NASA Goddard Institute of Space Science.

Since the Climategate Files were released, the IPCC has been forced to retract a number of specific conclusions — such as a prediction that Himalayan glaciers would disappear by 2035 — and has been forced to confirm that the report was based in large part on reports from environmental activist groups instead of peer-reviewed scientific literature. Dr. Murari Lal, an editor of the IPCC AR4 report, admitted to the London Daily Mail that he had known the 2035 date was false, but was included in the report anyway “purely to put political pressure on world leaders.”

Based on this Minority Staff report, Senator Inhofe will be calling for an investigation into potential research misconduct and possible criminal acts by the researchers involved. At the same time, Inhofe will ask the Environmental Protection Agency to reopen its consideration of an Endangerment Finding for carbon dioxide as a pollutant under the Federal Clean Air Act, and will ask Congress to withdraw funding for further consideration of carbon dioxide as a pollutant.

While this may be the scam of the century, one of the co-conspirators should be the media (not Fox News) who failed to cover this, and teachers who blindly echoed the falsehoods. They were the usual cheerleaders, perpetuating false claims that sent sobbing elementary school children to bed with nightmares, adding a bogus movie to the school curriculum for mandatory viewing, created teenaged and college-aged activists, and seldom acknowledged their position could be questioned, even after the ClimateGate revelations.

The whole lot should be thrown in jail at the most, fired at the least.

As for Senator Inhofe, kudos to a politician that stood up to squealing environmentalists, Hollywood, lying scientists and academics because in the end, he was right and those doing wrong have been exposed.

Now the hard part: getting President Obama to admit HE was wrong.

As Americans, we have pride in things that make us what we are. One of those things are us bragging about our having the most free and fair elections in the world. We offer to stick our noses into other countries’ counts because we always get it right… or do we?

On Tuesday, the Minnesota Supreme Court awarded the United States Senate seat to former comedian-Air America talk show host, Democrat Al Franken over the Republican incumbent Norm Coleman.

Now, let me open an old wound to set up my point.

In 2000, George W. Bush won the presidential election, but as the count was close, Al Gore’s team picked Florida as the place to go to war. Despite successfully having the absentee votes of hundreds of soldiers overseas tossed out, a selective recount in a heavily Democrat district, George W. Bush still won.

A point never recited by the “Bush stole the election” crowd was that over a dozen independent news agencies also monitored and (in some cases) recounted those ballots and Bush was still victorious. If only ONE news agency found a Gore win, don’t you think we would’ve heard about it?

I think so.

But to this day, the liberals still whine about “2000” as a stolen election. We’ll if what happened to Norm Coleman happened to Al Gore, I’d say they would’ve had a case, of course the left is gloating today because, like the spoiled children they are, they got their way this time.

When the vote was counted November fourth, Norm Coleman had a 725-vote lead over Al Franken. After the Democrats got to mess with things, toss out overseas absentee ballots again, and a few more recounts, Al Franken had a 312-vote lead that was certified by the Minnesota Supremes.

With that, I’ll make my points.

First, to our men and women overseas, let’s be real. The Democrat Party may indeed care about your safety and welfare, but they sure could give a damn about your vote as they routinely do everything possible to toss them out when necessary.

Second, between ACORN illegally padding voter registration with phantom Democrats, and now finding votes in Minnesota that weren’t there before, the Democrat Party should be the last people screaming about stolen elections and count-every-vote as they seem to be getting pretty good at one and aren’t very good about the other.

Lastly, I only think it logical that the integrity of our whole election system should be called into question.

How you can have a one thousand point swing from the first count to the last recount, means either that count can be easily manipulated to a desired outcome, or it wasn’t done properly in the first place.

Think about it. While the left declares Barack Obama has this huge mandate, he only won with 53% of the vote… or did he?

Back in 2000, Al Gore’s lawyers successfully tossed out the absentee ballots of the soldiers overseas (as they tend to lean Republican). It appears not much has been done since to fix the problem and it may well put Al Franken on Capitol Hill.

A shameful total of 98,000 of 441,00 ballots requested by Americans overseas in 2008, mainly military personnel, were never returned.

Assume Minnesota’s share of these unreturned ballots was proportional to its share of the US population, or just over 1.7%. That would equate to about 1,700 ballots.

Franken’s lead over Coleman is just over 300 votes at last count. Could these mainly military ballots have made the difference?

We may never know.

It’s not good enough for Democrats to rub it in our faces with “We won.” Now they want to use imaginary voters to change the count on Capitol Hill. Who needs three-fifths, when all they’ll need is zero….

Changing the formula for the U.S. Census could mean shifting up to two dozen congressional seats to the Democrats, a Republican congressman warned Tuesday, as the Senate prepared to consider the nomination of Robert Groves as director of the Census Bureau.

Groves supports “sampling” in the census count. Sampling uses statistical “adjustments” to add people to the Census who apparently were not counted.

Obviously, Democrats are without shame or conscience.

Again, this is what happens when the most corrupt political machine goes national.
