NRPax OK, here’s where I break out the common sense. Bear with me. (Alleged) Problem: There are schools in the U.S. that are lacking high speed internet connectivity. (I’m not going to get into the debate as to whether or not that’s necessary. That’s for later). Proposed solution: The FCC imposes an extra tax on cell phone users to fund this. My solution: The states individually come up with how much it will cost to put the connectivity in the schools that are lacking it.
