The Journal News are accessories before the fact to the commission of a felony crime. However, “freedom of the press”, and immunity purchased from the administration, ensures they will not be prosecuted in a criminal court. The market (i.e. the public) may be less tolerant.

Ah, yes, the ACLU. They are one of a number of actors whose “good intentions” confuse distinguishing between cause and effect. Not everyone appreciates how a minority can cause a majority problem. To curb gun violence, to save a child’s life, ban liberals and “good intentions”.

Villaraigosa believes that Mexico should be made into a penal colony. He subscribes to the policy of out-of-sight and out-of-mind (aka not in my backyard). He will not address why around one million people annually escape their home nations to illegally enter our nation, thereby disrupting and displacing Americans. His concern is to acquire and exploit democratic leverage in order to advance his political, economic, and social standing.

Obamacare does not address progressive inflation in the medical and pharmaceutical industries. It is a policy prescribed by a quack to enrich himself and special interests. It also conflates contributory and non-contributory entitlements, thereby sponsoring corruption of individuals and institutions. It is not a solution, but a cause of unaffordable health care.

Al Qaeda is one of many groups which benefited from the so-called “Arab Spring”.

It means that Dr. King understood that there are individuals who are not constrained by laws (i.e. criminals), and that it was the responsibility of first responders (i.e. potential victims) to mitigate acts of involuntary exploitation and preserve their lives.

Only the behavior of law-abiding individuals is constrained by legal proscriptions.

Individuals and cooperatives need to have a stake in the success of an enterprise, including a nation. The tax exempt status of most, if not all, businesses should be ended. It is dissociation of risk which causes corruption. It is dreams of instant (or immediate) gratification which motivates its progress.

Whites are not oppressors as a rule. They are individuals who exhibit a range of behaviors, including some which are oppressive to other people, including other Whites. This is not a trait unique to people with light-colored skin. In fact, incidental features are poor predictors of sociopathic behavior.

Subversion from within is the most insidious, which is presumably why treason is considered to be the highest crime against a society. That said, we can identify subversives by their rejection of the national charter (i.e. The Declaration of Independence) and organizational document (i.e. The Constitution). West Point should consider carefully the criteria they use to distinguish between citizens and subversives. They should not allow themselves to become another SPLC.
