Nothing like pissing off the left during the “holiday”…
With one city councilor singing a few bars of “O Christmas Tree,” and another saying the cookies left on each of their desks were Christmas gifts, the City Council passed a resolution requiring the decorated tree in front of City Hall to be called a Christmas tree.
“They have worked the Christian aspect out of the holidays…. If that hurts your feelings you have to toughen up,” City Councilor Gerry Roy said about calling the tree a Christmas tree.
Push back is a beautiful thing, especially during the Christmas season. Joy to the world!
