    Article 1 section 5 of US Constitution: “Each house shall be the judge of the elections, Returns and Qualifications of tits own members.  Ergo: make Boehner and every lackey voting with him to chose and suffer the consequences.    There is also remedy in federal court under US Code Title 18 USC § 241, 242 and 245.   This was a feminist Democrat racist acting illegally to advance her feminist and her racist agenda.
