    That’s not the first time she’s been like that on the air.  I seem to remember another video some time ago that everyone was posting because she was blubbering on & on (pretty sure about Obama) and seemed a little tipsy.  Perhaps I will dig around on youtube later to see if I can find it.

    Hey, benefit of the doubt.  Without a sobriety test, we can’t determine.

    I myself, a teetotaler, have been pulled over by a cop because I was dead tired – fatigue poisons in your blood can have the same effect.  I even fell asleep in the cop car when he was checking my license!  Once I got a 60-second nap I was a little more coherent.  He pulled me over because I was driving with ALL my windows down, I was trying to stay awake by freezing my butt off (which works quite well, by the way…), and he thought it was quite suspicious.  As well he should.

    So, I call this one undecided, or “Plausible” as the boys at Mythbusters would say.
