HomeElection 2012Yo, Black People… Feeling Used Yet Again (FINALLY)? ©2015 Black & Right August 7, 2012 Election 2012, Politics, Race 9 Comments “I’m not the president of black America. I’m the president of the United States of America….” — President Barack Obama, BlackEnterprise.com interview He knows he easily has the black vote sewn up (without doing a damn thing for them or anyone else who won’t donate) so the president is clearly moving on. Koala “I’m not the president of black America. I’m the president of the United States of America….” He said black instead of African-American. It must be code referring to a certain minority group of conservatives. n.n I missed that reference. You’re right. There is a division that runs between Americans and disrupters. Obama is calling out the former, while exploiting the latter. GoodMojo Too frightfully many I know (otherwise very intelligent people), have not yet come to terms with the reality they are Obama’s “toilet paper”. You can’t even talk to them about it. “Don’t talk about Obama”, they say. “I know why I like him…” But, they can’t seem to quantify just what that “why” is… The Machine Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he. Proverbs 29:18 Igor Sheeple. Great Unwashed Masses. The Proletariat. All-day Suckers. Most of America, sadly… n.n No, they are not suckers, at all. They voluntarily exchange their liberty, and of others, for submission with benefits. They want satisfaction without resistance or perceived consequences. They feel more comfortable receiving benefits from the government, than to personally confront their friends and neighbors. They have principles don’t you know… and a deep and abiding shame (and fear) of conducting involuntary exploitation of people to their face. They really believe the promises which state that everyone can have everything, and it is not beneath them to vote (from the comfort of their couch) for their fulfillment. I don’t know who is worse, the people who support this racket, or others who exploit this weakness in order to elevate their own political, economic, and social standing. They are all sick freaks. Still, the overriding concern is progressive corruption of individuals and society, from which no one will escape its consequences. n.n The American dream is fractured. Perhaps it always was; but, not along the lines most people commonly acknowledge. The Machine The sleeping dragon is once again awakening… n.n Hopefully, we will get it right (and Right) this time. Today, there really aren’t any legitimate excuses.
