Energy drinks ‘can trigger heart attacks’
I personally know what they can do to your blood pressure
My brother in law died at the age of 38 from a heart attack. He had no previous cardiac issues. There were no cardiac issues in the family (in fact, my FIL is going strong at 77 and my husband’s grandmother is going strong at 96!!) There were no warning signs. There were no symptoms. There were no risk categories. Just a healthy young man… who loved his Red Bull. Our family now says that “Yes, Red Bull gives you wings… ANGELS WINGS!”
Guarana used to be used as an asthma medication. (It opens up the passages in your lungs, which is why you get such a “rush” of energy from drinking them. They pulled it from the market because children were dying from cardiac issues. However, they don’t regulate “food” the way they regulate “drugs”, so it is acceptable to take something they know killed children as a medication and repackage it as a food additive.
They have also done studies with college students and found that after only ONE energy drink, for several hours otherwise healthy college aged males have the cardiac profile of a man in his 60s.
Energy drinks ‘can trigger heart attacks’
I personally know what they can do to your blood pressure
When I was in the hospital with my own heart condition, several nurses told me energy drinks were suspected in causing “life-threatening cardiac arrhythmias“, especially in young people. They are potentially dangerous and, in my opinion, should be avoided. Having your heart knocked out of sinus rhythm is no fun, and I have personal experience with that myself.
Man on probation, fined for role in tea party scam
Liberals being liberals
Smear and point the finger at the other side. Declare the Tea Party violent and dangerous without a shred of proof and when the left damages public property, consumes and wastes taxpayer money without so much as a permit, hundreds if not tipping thousands arrested from anything from disorderly conduct to assault, see the media shrug it off as a freedom of speech issue. The whole occupy movement smacks of one big Dem dirty trick. I’d like to see a few people get some reeal jail time over that debacle.

Another Holder/Obama point of light: If we give guns to Mexican criminals and the weapons are later captured in Mexico, hundreds will be killed with our weapons, while we’ll make three convictions, on none capital charges.
Romney and Paul snagged not only the votes the brain-dead, they also got the votes of the dead and buried. Romney’s staff has been running through cemeteries dragging hundred dollar bills and Paul supporters are dragging gold coins.
Obama appointed Inspector Generals are as honest as the Obama Attorney General. Every crooked government employee breathes a sigh of relief, Eric Holder and Obama are in charge.
Trillion
If I owed you a hundred bucks and you came to me asking when I’d pay you back and I told you, “I can pay you back in 1 million seconds,” you could break out your calculator and quickly establish that 1 million seconds would equal 12 days. Likely you could live with that.
But if I then told you that I mispoke, that I really meant to say, “billion” not “million,” your trusty calculator, if used right, would tell you that I wasn’t intending to pay you back for 32 years.
That might not be acceptable to you, but then I have the audacity to say, “Oh no, I mispoke once again – that shouldn’t be ‘billion’ – I meant to say ‘trillion’. I can pay you back in 1 trillion seconds!”
Your calculator overheats, you have to figure out how to deal with powers of 10, but eventually you obtain an answer:
One trillion seconds equals about thirty-two thousand YEARS…
Whether it is God or the as yet unidentified underlying order in our universe that established the apparent coherence, following the prevailing order promotes a functional outcome. For Tebow, he has decided it’s God’s order, which is entirely compatible with both known orders: natural and enlightened (i.e. conscious). Irrespective of its source, acting in opposition to the universal order requires a power and awareness that mortal beings simply do not possess.
It’s interesting to note that a faith in divinity does not preclude an objective faith (i.e. science – constrained to a limited frame of reference). People with the former faith, in the majority, also adhere to the latter faith. It seems the greatest influence of the the former over the latter arises with issues that require moral (i.e. conscious or extra-natural) judgment. As for what happens post-mortem, well, we will either discover our true nature or simply cease to exist. Neither case can be proven, both beliefs are articles of faith, and should not be a point of contention for people who adhere to different faiths.
May the faith which engenders superior principles prevail. May human consciousness overcome the most base and primitive aspects of our nature. The perpetual conflict between religious and secular people is unproductive and mostly without merit.

Putin vows to end repression in Russia
By imposing it…?
Sure, why not? When transitioning from a totalitarian order, the same order is required to preserve stability. If he does it right, then the Russians will realize positive progress sooner.
Russia has persistent elements of both fundamental corruption and elevated exceptional corruption. They need to get their house in order.

Army brigades to leave Europe
This is the right action. Our military has demonstrated the extraordinary capability to mobilize and move to any location on our planet within a short and predictable time frame. We should focus on national defense, maintain a strategic placement globally, and further develop both our technical and logistic capability to act anywhere on Earth as circumstances require.
The principal cause for the Soviet Union’s collapse was a need to maintain a large military and to preserve its global empire.

Does it always take longer to try someone who didn’t ask but did tell?
Yes. Acts of treason can be moderated if the perpetrator can establish that there is probable cause that he suffered from discrimination. To hell with the betrayal of over 300 million people.
