Holder strikes again. They want jurisdiction over immigration, then they also own any and all consequences of failing to enforce the law, including acts of involuntary exploitation (e.g. murder, rape, molestation, fraud) and displacement of American men, women, and children.
I know that the Obama administration was not first to enforce a selective rule of law, thereby undermining the Constitution and the civil rights of Americans; but, did previous administrations actively pursue marginalization and displacement of the people they serve?
I still think that fundamental corruption (e.g. redistributive and retributive change) pose the greater threat, in the short and especially in the long-term, to the stability and integrity of our society, but also to humanity in general. The so-called “civil rights” businesses have lead — selectively — the effort to denigrate individual dignity and devalue human life.
Oh well. A selective outrage is tres chic and very profitable.
My idealism lead me to believe that people actually benefited from enlightenment and learned something from history. Clearly that is, in progressive measure, a false outcome. There are too many people who are either vulnerable, and submit to corruption, or maintain dreams of instant gratification.
