    Dear Occupy Folks,
Life can be hard. And sometimes it’s really tough to get a job. I’m sorry that no one told you this before, but I hope this helps you put things in perspective.

  2. Tallyman says:

You bought the high priced education and it’s a lemon. Are you too stupid to return it and demand your money back. Did you fail to learn the difference between value and cost? You’re like the prisoners in the Gulag in the former USSR who were reported to cry when Stalin died saying, “if only Stalin knew we wouldn’t be here.” It was the greedy professors who overpriced and over hyped their services. They filled your empty heads with Marxist mush, you stupid dolts. Give me 99% of what you have and I’ll give you a ten year lease on that bridge.

Eric Holder has redefined Justice as doing whatever is necessary to protect his lying cheating brother swine.

There is no justice; the ice slab missed.

    • Cameron says:

Tallyman, I’ve seen so many gripes about education from these people that I wish someone would ask them these questions:

      1. What did you earn your degree in?
      2. How did you expect to earn a living with it?
      3. Why did you take out loans? Why not scholarships or pay for it a little at a time?
      4. What university did you attend? Did you look at less expensive alternatives?

      • Igor says:

Cameron, you’ve got to realize these whinging crybabies really did NOT have any plans to go out and get a life – they’d rather go to College (or, “University” for all you Euro-idiots) and live off of either Mommy and Daddy or the public trough. NOT get a job after College, that’s thinking too far ahead.

Not only that, they figured there’d be a job just WAITING for them when they graduated.

Pity. They aren’t grounded in Reality, were never taught about Life, and have no skills other than to cook, clean, or flip burgers (or the Euro equivalent). And I’m not sure about the cook or clean part…

I wnt to College to learn something useful! Y’know, a “trade”. Electrical Engineering. Computer Science. Something USEFUL. Something real-world. I didn’t take out loans, although I tried for scholarships. However, I *worked* my way through my first year of College by washing dishes and Janitorial work. Then the Draft got me, went into the AF instead of the Army, and spent four+ years in Nowhere North Dakota (okay, okay, Minot. Same difference). I went back to College when I got out, but the GI bill paid for my tuition – NOT a stipend for living, just tuition. Not much largesse from the Gubmint back in ’78, I must say. Boy, are things different nowadays.

So, Cameron, what I’m long-windedly trying to say is…. Yep. You’re right on the money with those questions.

A side note – since *I* was paying for my living, I didn’t wast a lot of it going to a four-year college, went to CC until I got my AAS degree. IOW, spent the first two years in a Community College getting the BS out of the way, THE spent the last two years with the 300- and 400-level classes in the last two years when it was more expensive.

Also had our first two kids the first day when in the four-year college. More money. By then I had a fairly good job as an electronics tech (thanks to the two-year CC degree!) and could slightly afford it. But I never had much money during that time, unlike what the crybaby in Germany has…

        • Cameron says:

I’m willing to give them a little benefit of the doubt. But only a little. :-D

As for me, I moved out of the house shortly after high school and took classes at the Community College while working. Things didn’t work out, so I moved back in with my folks and finished the General Ed requirements.

Went to a State School majoring in Radio/Television (In other words, how to work a soundboard, a camera and edit films) on loans that I took out (In spite of having parents willing to foot the bill). Earned my degree and got back into the real world. It took about eleven years until I was earning the kind of money that these guys are demanding for just graduating.

And hey; I paid my loan off a year early.

On the topic of jobs, I would also ask this: Did you look outside your home state? If not, why?

          • Igor says:

I did, but out-of-state tuition kept me in my home state while I was going to the CC and getting my two-year prerequisites out of the way. Same reason for the four-year degree. Cost. Stayed in Spokane, now have a 60k+ a year job right here in Spokaloo BUT I have worked elsewhere when necessary. It’s such a nice place to live here – and I have lived all over the world as an AF brat…..

  3. GoodMojo says:

Justice Dept. proposes lying, hiding existence of records under new FOIA rule
Lying as a “proposal”. Is the any “FOI” on the “FOIA”?
“Screw telling the truth, we propose instead to legalize lying!”

  4. RockThisTown says:

More winning whiners from Occupy Wall Street
And I’m sure more whining will solve everything.
Justice Dept. proposes lying, hiding existence of records under new FOIA rule
Lying, obfuscating, cheating, stonewalling, stealing, lawbreaking – standard MO for this administration.
Portland school board approves antiwar recruiting in schools
I wonder who they think keeps us safe and able to freely voice our opinion(s). . . . I wouldn’t count on the anti-war group to do it.
Westward Woe! California Democrat Party Loses Millions to Fraud
“We’re not good with our own money, but we know how to spend taxpayer money!”
Obama defies base, hires Wall Street lobbyist for re-election campaign
    He’s merely keeping Wall Street occupied . . . . . . . . . . .and thus employed.
Michelle Obama to write book on WH garden
Since you never had a garden before you got to the WH, I’ll wait for the movie.
50 pound slab of blue ice falls off Air Force One narrowly missing “Occupy Las Vegas” protesters
Global warming should have melted it long before it hit the ground.
ve Jobs book reveals a genius – and a ‘hippie with BO’
Well, Edison did once say that genius is 99% sweat.

  5. n.n says:

Former 7-Up spokesman and actor Orlando Jones claims liberals should kill Sarah Palin

It’s interesting that Palin continues to strike fear in the American left’s heart. They cannot help but reveal their true nature.

I wonder if there is anyone other than Palin who could effect a correction in America. The candidates on tap seem to be somewhat unsure of the proper path and may lack the courage required to follow it.

  6. Mauser says:

    More like the Bottom 1%.

Or better, they’re the 99th percenters.
