Even so, this is not the issue of merit, since the cap is only significant with a progressive distortion of the market, and a progressive expectation and demand for increasing levels of instant gratification.

Yes, he is still in Congress, and Timmy is still the head of the Treasury, and there remain a host of other “innocent mistakes”, both elected and otherwise.
