    Several stores have been hit on Michigan Ave., one of the most expensive retail districts in the world. This Walgreens is only 2 blocks from Water Tower Place, where Oprah has an entire floor penthouse. If they can hit this area, they can hit anywhere.

    I live in an agricultural area and grain prices are sky high. Several large farms in the area have also been purchased by Kansas City agricultural conglomerates, paying a ridiculous 9000/acre, so they know something.

    SanFran Pet Ban – How long before they issue a "pet amnesty" rule, then come to take your pet forcibly away? How long before they outlaw the sale of any sort of meat product? If they're concerned about the feelings of goldfish, and they outlaw the sale of meat, why not go all the way and ban eating vegetables; plants have feelings too. @Igor – sounds like a good plan to me; there doesn't seem to be any reasoning with these idiots.

I notice that none of the articles specified anything other than age, as you've pointed out before, Bob.     Technology allows people to be facelessly rude and mobs disperse responsibility. It's the perfect combination for these cowards.

    As to Sagetaurus's question, they're the same place that the white bastards' parents are! They're entertaining themselves or spending time with their friends/lovers or at their jobs. We call it paying-the-bills parenting. They're too damn busy to know what their children are doing, but they KNOW that their children are decent – or that an authority figure like a teacher, a coach or a public librarian is minding them. But %&* any authority figures that accuse their children of anything! Then it's on with charges of racism, sexism, and "personality conflict" (that seems to be the catchall for everything – "My son got caught stealing because the manager at that store is a jerk.")

    Then are the parents I actually feel sorry for: The parent who's trying to hold the pieces together because the other parent is gone (left or dead or drugs), and other relatives undermine him/her by giving the kid cash and/or opportunity to get in trouble. In some cases, it's not even a parent who's stepped in to try to salvage the kid.

    Personally, I think that it wouldn't be too hard to take a photo of some of the perps and start a campaign to find where they live and who they are. Start the process for multiple restraining orders to the point that they couldn't ride certain routes of the public transit system without going to jail. It wouldn't even have to be the worst perps, just enough to make the so-called "good" kid doubt the anonymity of mob violence.

    If I were the judge these kids would be put to work with no pay. They can pick up trash from the streets and parks. They can serve food at the Rescue Mission. They can clean animal cages at the Animal Shelter. There is plenty to keep them busy and off of the internet. Walter Williams and Thomas Sowell say that minimum wage laws have increased the numbers of unemployed black youth. Would it really help to change the laws? http://youtu.be/2jv1Zae0sgo

    It's just one more nail in the Homo sapiens' coffin. Well, at least in America.

    That said, the embrace of other deviant behaviors by a progressive number of our population, including: adultery, pornography, abortion, promiscuity, etc., has placed us in that coffin. So, while normalizing homosexual behavior does not increase the fitness of our species, it is not alone in undermining our viability.

    It sounds like a Black Panther (New or Old) is already on the scene.

    So, what's next? Will the law-abiding citizens, their children, flee for their lives? Followed by a progressive departure of businesses? Sounds like a negative return on the mob's investment.

    Maybe the Hispanics can move in and reestablish order. They're not known to submit to accusations of racism or other emotional appeals.
