You know, no matter why. Whether he was forced to or not, I have to give him credit for not doing the "If you were offended" thing. He just said "I apologize to you Laura" Better than most public apologies. Now, if Laura could only get him to come back to our side.

Is it possible that his apology is sincere? His history would suggest that he cannot be trusted without the penalty of condemnation hanging over his head.
Speaking of "sluts", or, interchangeably, "hos", does this mean that Imus, after his cooling-off period, will now be eligible to return to his job? What about Jennifer "la cabrona" Lopez, and the other Lopez? Should those two television personalities also be censured?
Well, Well, Well. It would appear that the issues of merit will be discussed and any attempts to quell dissent will be repelled.
The notion of collective dignity is limited and deservedly so. Sorry, liberals/progressives, but your semantic games are coming to an end. Your attempts to quell dissent through emotional appeals will be ignored and you will be held accountable for your policies which denigrate individual dignity, devalue human life, and promote progressive corruption.
"For the first time in my adult life, I am proud of my country."
Don't be too hard on Ed. After all, when no one is watching your show, you GOTTA do something to get noticed!
Well, liberals/progressives do believe in rehabilitation of murderers, rapists, pedophiles, and other deviant creatures. I would think the penalty for rhetorical bad judgment would not exceed that levied for truly deviant behaviors. Unfortunately, from what I have observed, Conservatives, and other elements of the right, tend to suffer disproportionate injury for their bad judgments.
Well, until individual dignity is respected, unequal treatment will continue. That too is an element of the natural order, to which the left, by their nature, is predisposed.
