IMF bombshell: Age of America nears end
Commentary: China’s economy will surpass the U.S. in 2016

Very few American presidents would want this declared on their watch, that is, unless dissolving our sole superpower status (which many liberals long for) was the planned result.

“We are no longer a CHRISTIAN nation..” – Barack Obama

Just a few days ago it was the S&P and now the IMF has joined ranks in mocking America. Is this tough love?

I would settle for a robust economy and the American Dream. It would be undignified for the American people to present emotional appeals seeking redistributive change in order to compensate for our progressive inability to compete.

Meanwhile, we tilt at windmills purchased with Chinese credit and supplied by Chinese manufacturers. This is an unsustainable proposition.

The Jester and his court have truly outdone themselves. It is entertainment for the world par excellence. Unfortunately, it is at the expense of America and her citizens.

I can’t help but wonder what competing interests are propping Obama up. They seem to be well matched with the full resources and influence of American interests. I guess this means the next move is ours.

Also makes me wonder what else obama will tell us what we no longer are..

For this to happen by 2016, cheers the bitter clinging heart of Obama to the dead gods of Barack Obama Sr. and Frank Marshall Davis. The candidate who so far has articulated policies so this will not happen is Herman Cain. On the 4/22 last hour of Mark Levin Show he proposes to eliminate capital gains taxes, reduce corporate tax rate and other policies which will bring jobs here to the USA, just as they brought jobs to Ireland.

Hopefully some of the other candidates will speak as plainly with policy and not personality.
Trump with his tough talk with the Chinese is just bluster. Trump, the tough guy, promises to tell the Chinese what he demands they do and the inscrutable Chinese will laugh in his face and then not bid at the next Treasury auction. Trump believes we will confuses a bluff with a winning hand.

His defenders, of course, think that the denizens of this and similar sites are just the loony fringe. I think that any objective, non-partisan assessment would say, at minimum, that this is one weird, self-absorbed administration which seems not to be committed to the well-being of the nation, or even, in any realistic sense, to the aggrandizement of its own party, as the leaders of other nations are to theirs.

This will be the most generous statement that historians are likely to make.

ElBaradei suggests war crimes probe of Bush team
    – dated: 04/22/2011

His timing is impeccable. I wonder if his “revelations” have anything to do with Obama’s support for the minority event, and ElBaradei, in Egypt. Just a couple of Nobel Peace Prize recipients searching for common ground.

Once again, AP (Associated Press) is the water carrier of choice. It’s funny how often they pop up in the most controversial of cases. I don’t think their unofficial declaration of victory for the left-wing judicial candidate in Wisconsin was merely an accident.

ElBaradei, citing the war-crimes prosecution of Serbia’s Slobodan Milosevic, sees double standards that should end

It’s interesting that ElBaradei should mention Milosevic. There seems to be very little interest in the KLA’s (i.e., Muslims) actions, including: murder, rape, and drug trafficking. Not to mention the wholesale slaughter of Christians in order to harvest and market their organs. I guess some criminals, and crimes, are more interesting than others.

Well, the Muslims did, and do, what they have to. They have made their choices and were not cowed by competing interests.

It would appear that they are preparing for the War of 2012. America remains the precious jewel that they will either possess or destroy. I guess a frontal assault remains outside their capability.

It’s fascinating to observe the dynamics of global power plays in all their glory.

Fascinating, n.n>?? Not if you’re a pawn, as most of us are. More like frightening.

Does everybody have enough beans and bullets to ride out the storm? Just checking…

I like to downplay conspiracy theories which are in play. It makes them more believable.

Also, at this point, I am still hesitant to accept the conclusions I have drawn. Despite my analysis, and others, it remains a possibility which only happened in the past or to other people (my time with the Soviet morons, thankfully, was near the end of their social experiment).

I guess it’s the Twilight effect which leaves me wandering and wondering.

It’s not like I am anything other than a pawn, and of the laborer variety too. Sometimes I am envious of the pioneers and others who manage to convert for productive purpose. I hope they are successful in extinguishing dreams of the elite, before the majority are, once again, dependent on their “good” will.

We’ll see what comes to pass. Americans, in the slight majority, are still unique in their relish for individual liberty. The “moderates”… Well, they have followed the prevailing winds; but, eventually, even they will have to take a position.

Times/USC Dornsife poll: California voters want public employees to help ease state’s financial troubles

The public unions overplayed their hand. Taxpayers are beginning to distinguish between voluntary and involuntary exploitation. Maybe they even understand why the government is a necessary evil.

It’s just a matter of time before those who sponsor and protect progressive corruption are fully exposed. Then everyone who participated in these schemes will become vulnerable to the full scrutiny of a proper authority.

I just hope they are aware that there are a lot of pieces in the puzzle. While progressive corruption in the government is the keystone, the puzzle encompasses a greater arch. Countering those who enable and protect progressive corruption is key to solving the puzzle.

  8. Hsing-I Chuan says:

America is going to lose its economic position because progressive policies have both destroyed the American “work ethic,” but have severely damaged our human capitol.

Think about this…In America we have “jobs Americans wont do” while also having millions of people on welfare. As a child, I picked okra and watermelons, cleaned and packed dates, and irrigated fields for money. I was poor but never new it. Now, America’s poor turns up its collective noses at that kind of work.

As a teacher it’s easy to see how the work ethic has been damaged. Kids come to school today firmly believing that not only does the world owe them a living, it owes them comfort and entertainment no matter how little they themselves contribute. The result is children who refuse to do tedious tasks like learning times tables or reading quietly for any period of time. When not allowed to do “cooperative” work where they talk and share answers they feel opressed. This all is a direct consequence of the near totalitarian control progressives have over education.

The end result of state sponsored laziness and progressive education is millions and millions of people who have no desire to contribute to America’s economy and no marketable skills if they wanted to.
