“Planes to land again at St. Louis airport a day after historic tornado”
My brother used to live in St. Ann and was walking distance from this terminal. They are now saying after this twister hit Lambert, it went on to become an F4. It was amazing that this thing hit the St. Louis metro area and no one was killed.

“Box-office power of Ayn Rand’s ‘Atlas Shrugged’ baffles insiders”
Hollywood seems to be increasingly out of touch with the mainstream population. They also got surprised by “Passion of the Christ”, even mocking it after its success.

“Botox May Deaden Ability to Empathize, New Study Says”
    That explains Nancy Pelosi.

“Donald Trump’s bankruptcies whittle away at his reputation as a great businessman”
I want someone who has failed and succeeded in the real world. Bankruptcy is just a tool to buy better terms and time. The mark of Trump is he didn’t rollover and quit. It is easy for writers and academics who are isolated from the brutal business world to pass judgement. I have reservations about Trump, but not because he had business failures. Stupid reasoning.

  2. Tallyman says:

Gaia wants no other Gods before her and her wrath with a mega thrust earthquake and tsunami will punish the foolish Seattle believers in that false god, Obama who claims he can stop the rise of the seas, and that false prophet Gore, who believes man controls climate.

Trump says you can look to his record to see what investors in his schemes got: bankruptcy, while the Donald pocketed income paid to him before the bankruptcy. Fool me once, shame on me; fool me five times, I deserve punishment.

    Botox blamed for Pelosi’s legacy.

Obama says don’t blame me for higher prices just because I wanted higher gasoline prices. My latest slogan, Buy a Volt, don’t revolt against Barackt.

McD presents a clash of progressive victims.

Glad to see that British gun ban working.

“U.S. fears overdue ‘megathrust’ earthquake will trigger tsunami and decimate unprepared cities on north-west coast”
It’s part of the ring of fire, just like Japan, so definitely something to be wary of.
However, seeing that Japan has the best prepared population on the planet for such an event and still got wiped out, there is only so much you can really do for such an event.

“Victim of McDonald’s beating speaks out”
Not quite as cut and dried as we think. While not excusing the brutality of this or the employees doing nothing, if these girls viewed this as a man trying to enter the woman’s restroom, that perceived violation of privacy and gender would explain them “snapping” like that.

Managers and laborers are jealous of pioneers. Somethings are universal, whether the society is communist or capitalist. The question remains, will they initiate class warfare, or will they recognize their proper role in society. If they are unhappy with their role, then there is always the American Dream which offers them an opportunity to transcend their current class.

As for the investors, I believe there is a disclosure stating that investments are made at risk.

Good luck to those with dreams to be pioneers. The world needs more of you.

As for Trump, I am more concerned about advantage that he reaped from eminent domain, than anything else I know about him. He’s not out, but he is under suspicion. Hopefully, there will be other candidates who are equally forceful in pursuing all issues of merit. But in any event, once the primary yields a candidate, we should consider focusing our support.
