Arrests Made in Baltimore McDonalds’ Beating of a Transgender Woman
The Baltimore Legislature recently shot down a “bathroom bill” the bill would have given transgender people the right to chose which bathroom they would like to choose. If this is a case of a 22 year old man entering a bathroom while a 14 year old girl was using it – get ready for a legal showdown.

And that was probably safer than her (him) going into the men’s room with the bruthas

Obama is a congenital serial liar. But you must believe one way or the other about his birth certificate. When I got my passport, I wasn’t allowed to ask them to believe my birth date. This is a red herring issue to take attention away from his disastrous policies now and forestall the very proper demand for his school records. “I’m from Missouri, show me!” Or reframe the question, “Did Obama’s father and/or mother declare Obama as a British Commonwealth citizen at his birth, as was their right under American and British law?” Thus Obama is not a natural born citizen of USA, but of the Commonwealth, even if he was born in Hawaii.

Obama says those stupid subjects don’t realize I’m saving th e planet by pricing them out of buying fuel.
Obama’s dilemma: are Libyan pigs more equal than Syrian pigs, or Darfur pigs or Chinese pigs?

McD Progressive quandary: Which pigs are the the most equal?

      Progressive quandary

There are two classes of victims in this event. First, the two girls, and second, the transvestite or transgender “woman”.

They subverted and perverted the process of normalization, and now we may witness the predictable conclusion of their social experiment.

There was another progressive quandary not too long ago, involving race and gender identity. In San Francisco, Hispanic and Black males raped a white homosexual female. Not long after the incident was initially reported, the story was quelled and shelved. In other words, rather than confronting reality, and undermining their policies, they employed their out-of-sight and out-of-mind policy. In fact, and this is why the McDonalds case is unusual, there was limited and subdued reaction from the media and various civil rights businesses.

So, the progressive quandary is actually a good thing. It will be interesting to observe how this is handled. It would be a mistake to enforce “hate crimes” legislation or similar, which only delays the inevitable confrontation between fantasy and reality.

“Shameful U.S. inaction on Syria’s massacres”

That is not a problem we created and we have no obligations there. We are friends of liberty everywhere, but guardians only of our own.

No, but it does clarify the pragmatic aspect of reality. It is in everyone’s best interest to discuss issues of merit, including armed intervention, free from emotional appeals and other manufactured distractions.

We are not in Syria, for the same reason we are not in Sudan, Ethiopia, Kenya, Ivory Coast, etc. There is neither a strategic nor tactical advantage to be gained by sacrificing Americans in those conflicts. This is true for both Democrats and Republicans. For both liberals/progressives and Conservatives. This is also true for the UN, most (?) NGOs, and most (?) human rights businesses. They are all professional and members of an enterprise for profit.

It is in our best interest to build America and, in the process, redistribute wealth around the world. Furthermore, through the process of normalization, and a strong position around the world, we will be capable of elevating other people to enjoy our standard and condition of living. Anyone who hopes for instant gratification, will only ensure that there will be failure across the board.

I have used the Robinson curriculum for years… my oldest will be starting college this fall for a degree in Nursing… she and her siblings owe their breadth of knowledge of literature and science and their far above grade level math skills directly to the Robinson family. We moved out of Oregon because all of the schools, not just OSU, were petty political havens for liberals.

    Harry Reid’s high-stakes China gamble
Progressive policies demand fragile goods from “developing” nations.

    The New Face of ‘Poverty’
Cell phones are not the true measure of “poverty”. Think durable goods as in 0-60 and vaulted ceilings.

The federal, state, and local governments are just begging for a comprehensive audit, and this does not even include petty cash disbursements to civil servants throughout the bureaucracy, nor to “entrepreneurs” in the private sector.

    Former Enron adviser Paul Krugman
Enron was their first managed energy experiment. In all respects, it was the predecessor to “cap and trade” and the larger AGW/AGCC/”climate disruption” slush fund.

    The ‘Birther’ Metamyth
The “metamyth” is itself a myth.

[§338-17.8] Certificates for children born out of State.

    (a) Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.

    (b) Proof of legal residency shall be submitted to the director of health in any manner that the director shall deem appropriate. The director of health may also adopt any rules pursuant to chapter 91 that he or she may deem necessary or proper to prevent fraudulent applications for birth certificates and to require any further information or proof of events necessary for completion of a birth certificate.

    (c) The fee for each application for registration shall be established by rule adopted pursuant to chapter 91. [L 1982, c 182, §1]

Since other presidents, and candidates, were required to prove their qualification to become president, I think it would prejudiced to not require the same of Obama. Why should tradition and the law be changed to serve his pleasure?
