Former Manual teacher found in car with teen pleads not guilty to charge of unlawful transaction with minor

Do you think Carrie Shafer will receive the same (media and law enforcement) treatment as if he were “Bill” and the partially nude 17-year-old student was female?

    Answer to Bob -No.
Will the DA present evidence to a Grand Jury to obtain a felony indictment for a person of “authority or special trust,” such as a teacher, to have sex with someone under 18 if the alleged offender came in contact with the juvenile as a result of the position of authority or trust? Answer -Unlikely
The charge presented is a misdemeanor and could easily be bargained down. A tough DA would always indict a male with a felony charge with a minimum one year in jail to bargain down to.
The media and the DA have the message memorized and do their best to disregard conflicting narratives.
Man is bad -woman is good. Woman oppressed by man. Woman needs psychological help. Man needs jail. Woman is victim. Man uses woman for pleasure.

Paradise found; welcome to the Progressive Brave New World where men and women will equally seek and give pleasure. Who is to judge?

Is this also part of the sexual revolution?

There was evidence of beer consumption and contraceptive use, and the boy acknowledged receiving beer from Shafer, according to police.

    Planned parenthood.

law makes it a felony for a person of “authority or special trust,” such as a teacher, to have sex with someone under 18

Smart. We should all have the opportunity to mature. There is more to life than the natural order, and it is reasonable to expect a safe environment in which to develop.

The teacher should be removed from her position of authority. At that age, and under those circumstances, her relationship with the student is equivalent to involuntary exploitation. This is not the old days and planned parenthood should not be an excuse for this premature behavior.

Why couldn’t she wait another year? 18 may be an arbitrary age, but at least it offers some standard to guide our development.

    China’s train wreck

Train wrecks and ghost cities. It would appear that authoritative central management continues its proud tradition of failure.

Instant gratification is an instant failure.

Redistribution of funds through involuntary exploitation promotes progressive corruption.

Individuals with delusions of grandeur suffer from narcissism.

Overpopulation is a problem in large metropolitan cities. It is the high density urban areas which are in large part contributors to both social experiment and decay. It is those same areas which could potentially benefit from mass transit, if they could manage to control the exhibition of deviant behaviors.

I wonder if Obama understands why passenger trains are only suitable for limited distribution.

I’ll grant them one credit. Those trains sure are pretty.

The Chinese people would be better served through smaller and more numerous cities. In short, they need pioneers to develop their whole nation. Neither the managers nor the workers have the prerequisite skills. In the meantime, the managers have grand dreams, which short of a revolution in production, cannot be realized in a timely manner. That is why they are concerned with inflation (i.e., bubbles).
