First, congratulations to Evans for her entrepreneurial spirit.

Hallmark Pulls Card After NAACP Claims ‘Black Holes’ Are Racist
I hope you’re indemnified against potential lawsuits. Well, maybe not today, but in a few years, when you are prosperous and “fat”.
I’m not quite sure what to make of this. Is it part of the push-back against the liberal/progressive establishment?
It seemed as if the Christian “neighbors” weren’t actively complaining about the “Fat Ho”, rather that the reporter had sought them out and tried to see if they could get something incendiary from them. I thought the pastor’s comments were rather gracious.
Good thing she didn’t call it Fat Nappy Headed Ho Burgers.
What would have been more clever is if the owner was from S.E. Asia and FAT HO was his/her name!
Actually if you look, and read fast it is.
Well, my main problem with this is not the name–the patties are frozen and fried. You can get that at McDonalds.
I’m of the opinion that anybody that complains about the name is R-A-C-I-S-T!!
As far as I could see from the video, the patrons didn’t have a bit of problem with the name nor the menu items.
Ho!!
Igor
So Shakespeare was racist too:
“What ho?!”
Dat ho, bitch!
Sorry it’s Friday afternoon and I’m a bit overly punchy, too much coffee.
“The caption possibilities for this are frightening.”
and saying that, with the possibilities in MIND, is HYSTERICAL!!
Say what you want, but it is a catchy name you can have alot of fun with.
Now you can say, “I had a fat ho for lunch”, and not offend anyone.
Just love a gal with a sense of humor.
Wish her success.
Ah, the racial double standard again.
Don’t think any white person could get away using that name…
Capitalism at work. Fat Ho traditional work has a new business model with better working conditions and more retained profits. But beware the Progressive Masters who need to conserve their Victim-in-the-Hood model.
I’m glad they got a restaurant, “Cause (Fat ) Hos” got to eat too!
Tribute to, “The Hollywood Shuffle”, and “Winky-Dinky HoCakes”.
I’m actually curious how the burgers are, some of (if not) the best food in Texas comes from stand-alone restaurants.
Why would a woman own a restaurant called that? Why would any woman patronize a place with a name like that?! I don’t understand women. Is being called a “ho” (by the illiterates among us) some damned badge of honor? Is that what they would want someone calling their daughters? What’s next? “Big N*ggas Rib Joint?”
