He IS predictable.
A job is about meeting your responsibilities to yourself, to your family, to your community. I carried that lesson with me all those years ago when I got my start fighting for men and women on the South Side of Chicago after their local steel plant shut down. I carried that lesson with me through my time as a state senator and a U.S. Senator. I carry that lesson with me today.
As expected out of a 15 minute speech, President Obama referred to himself as “I” 38 times, “me” 48 times, “we” 58 times, “I’m” five times,, “I’ll” three times, but what else is new?
Any guesses as to why their steel plant had to be shut down in the first place?
Oh, that’s great. A labor day speech from a punk who’s never done a days work in his life.
Dont forget his blaming Bush for all the economic woes over the past decade!!
So many personal pronouns, was there room for any other words in his speech? Just wondering…

Hmmm, I see at least 4 labor t-shirts in the crowd. Funny, though, I don’t see any Hispanics or Asians. Not a whole lot of diversity, there, Mr. Prez, about which you liberals are constantly lecturing the rest of us.
Spot on, thekingtut. I watched part of the speech for a little while, but that was all I could stomach.
