Most of us were obviously under the mistaken impression that as a representative republic, we send congresspersons and senators to Washington, D.C. to craft legislation the president either signs into law or vetos. We believed the president couldn’t just do whatever he wanted.
What were we thinkin’?
The Obama administration, unable to push an immigration overhaul through Congress, is considering ways it could go around lawmakers to let undocumented immigrants stay in the United States, according to an agency memo. The internal draft written by officials at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services outlines ways the government could provide “relief” to illegal immigrants — including delaying deportation for some, perhaps indefinitely, or granting green cards to others — in the absence of legislation revamping the system.
Note how cocky the president and Democrat leadership have been of late, despite the polls that universally show they’re about to be trounced in November. What do they know that we don’t? Are we going to even have elections?
If the administration believes they can “go around lawmakers“, what’s to stop them from staying in power indefinitely…?

He doesn’t want to uphold the Consitution? Then we must remove him by whatever means necessary. We can start with the ballot box and escalate from there.

Our great emperor may have no clothes, but he sure has some balls! (or so HIS media/fan club leads us to believe). Unfortunately, some are swallowing that illusion; hook, line, and sinker.
Don’t abandon your fears just yet. Obama and his progressive/Marxist rebels have been in office only about a year and a half and have plenty of time to stage a full anti-Constitution coup. An emergency of grand scale would be necessary. He already has plenty of voluntarily or involuntary ignorant Americans that he would have to bamboozle. He has shown no respect for the Constitution and its history, and the Dems in congress have already given him control of the internet in an “emergency”, as defined by the Dems use of such emergencies necessary to ignore the “pay as you go” spending bills of recent weeks.
Our freedoms are disappearing as rapidly as the birds and sealife in the Gulf Oil Spill. What will happen if we find ourselves in nuclear conflicts with North Korea and Iran, and Obama decides we cannot use our own nuclear assets, which encourages Russia and China to join in protecting their shared allies? Would that be a sufficient opportunity for Obama to take over the internet and the cable news gadfly, Foxnews? With Foxnews and the internet out of the way, would the MSM report mass arrests of those known independent gadflies, such as all of us?
My fear is that we are not fearful enough. We are still counting on the Constitution to protect us, when it has already been so compromised that it can simply be ignored by fools who are sufficiently bold in their takeover methods.
Again, me an my little friend stand ready. I believe the expression is, “Over my dead body!!”
I may be in the news soon, who knows?

When the elected representatives do not follow the rules of law does this not make them anarchists? Or at the very least, criminals?
Does not the rule of law describe how to handle this?
We have one big trump card. The military has sworn allegence to the constitution, not Obama. We just need to get the military to understand that the dems and those in control have stopped defending the constitution and that their oath makes them side with us.
