    She’s a Liberal.
    She lies.
    It’s in her personality makeup, she “can’t help it”.
    So, we expected a different outcome?

    Kagan is a bird of the same feather. Yes, let’s vote party lines and move on to some REAL problems, Congress. Perhaps some Dumbocrat politicians can be convinced, perhaps some can’t.

    We’ll see.

    Gov. Christie is expected to order lawmakers into session for N.J. property tax cap bill
    Because he can

    Because he should! Note how he had an example of egregious behavior of an arbitrator back-dating the agreement so it would take place one day before the Firefighters’ Union members would have to start paying 1.5 percent of their wages for health care benefits…

    This kind of crap HAS to stop!

    Igor

    If it goes through, it will be a boon to NJ for years to come. The Michigan Education Association had a rally (which I refused to attend) because they’d like to get rid of two popular old pieces of Michigan legislation:
    1. The Headlee amendment, added to the Michigan constitution in 1978, which limits the state’s revenue to less than 9.5% of personal income;
    2. The flat tax which is less than 5%. (Taxfoundation.org says it ranks 40th in high state taxes).
