Pic Of The Day

Kesha Rogers, Democrat for Congress

Yes, the same Kesha Rogers who said, “I will take our troops out of the war zone and put them into space!”

Okay, then…

If I recall events correctly, JFK was also in favor of putting out troops in space. After all, he did envision a missile base on the moon, the “last strike” capability from the Mutually Assured Destruction eggheads.

Hey! I want out troops in space. I also want the Navy to have a few Stardestroyers as well.

    Houston, we have a problem.

Obama is not the problem; but, he is certainly part of it.

My first impression is quite favorable. As a Democrat, I must assume that she is liberal; however, she is unlike any liberal I have ever heard or observed. She does not resort to the typical talking points. She does not focus on regression through selective rights or redistribution. She does understand the perils of the fiat monetary system (i.e., money that grows on trees). She does understand that there exist competing interests which have invested themselves in certain enterprises (e.g., Wall Street, Afghan opium, insurance companies), and that some of those people, including Obama, have misrepresented their positions.

“I will take our troops out of the war zone and put them into space!”

I agree. There are many instances where nothing less than the application of armed force will effect any desirable or necessary change. As a nation we need to decide how we intend to participate in foreign affairs. If we intend to withdraw from global leadership, as has become painfully obvious in recent years, then we should refocus on the “final frontier,” and reap the rewards of dreaming into the future.

Still, there is her affiliation with the Democrat party, and that must be reviewed. I think it would be worthwhile to follow her campaign, and review the LaRouche Movement with which she is associated.
