I warned a long time ago what happens when the ‘civil rights‘ equation is thrown into a liberal argument. You get gay marriage. Now Mexicans who cross into the United States illegally are using that same argument should they be detained after breaking our law, and are actually SUING us…!
An Arizona man who has waged a 10-year campaign to stop a flood of illegal immigrants from crossing his property is being sued by 16 Mexican nationals who accuse him of conspiring to violate their civil rights when he stopped them at gunpoint on his ranch on the U.S.-Mexico border.
Their ‘civil right’ to violate our sovereign border and treat our nation like the dump they’re fleeing….
Can you imagine what will happen to the American southwest should they win?

This is merely a charity campaign for ACLU and other “civil rights” businesses who are likely facing a shortfall in revenue. As for the illegal alien invaders, they have the right to remain silent… And to an expeditious deportation to their nation of origin. They could also remain in the homes of advocates against the rule of law and its equal application; however, those people will be charged with sedition against the USA and her citizens. If they are conspiring with foreign interests to subvert the sovereignty of the USA and sabotage the rights of her citizens and legal residents, then they will be charged with treason, followed by life in prison, or execution, for betraying their neighbors, co-workers, and fellow legal residents.
A legal defense fund should be started for this man. Because the Feds won’t do their job (and after Obama’s recent meeting with Sen. Kyl, it appears they’re turning it into a political issue, rather than a legal one), this man may have to pay thousands to defend himself in court, which he shouldn’t have to do, and all for the simple and lawful act of trying to protect his property from ILLEGALS no less! The right to protect one’s property is one of the basic premises on which this country was founded. Good grief, the British tried to control this land & its people, we fought (& died) to defend it and now others are trying to take it away. I say throw these bums out of court & make ‘em pay his attorney fees & costs, prosecute ‘em for trespassing, deport ‘em and not let ‘em back in the country, period. If that’s not enough, send ‘em to a Mexican jail.
NO PAROLE OR DEFERRED ACTION FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS, HATCH, 7 OTHERS TELL OBAMA
A civilized society can be subverted without a single shot fired, through legislation, regulation, and litigation. First it was the EPA, and now the DHS. The confrontation between government and the people it serves continues.
Uh, take no prisoners?
(Am I being too harsh?)

So, I was wrong. In the case of illegal alien invaders vs American citizen, it was MALDEF (Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund) that places foreign interests before the civil rights of an American citizen. On the other hand…
Mexican gov’t files court brief: SB 1070 ‘poisons well’
Mexico’s government says Az law interferes with diplomacy, provides for racial profiling
Arizona Immigration Law Challenged by ACLU in Suit
The coalition in today’s lawsuit includes the Mexican American Legal Defense & Educational Fund, the National Immigration Law Center, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, ACLU of Arizona, National Day Laborer Organizing Network and the Asian Pacific American Legal Center.
They must not have read SB1070, or their lawyers are as incompetent as they are corrupt.
So, in summary:
US federal government, state and local governments – check
“civil rights” businesses – check (it’s surprising that the SPLC, CAIR, and ADL were a no-show)
Mexican government – check
Conspiring with foreign interests – check
If it’s not many members of our government, not the so-called “civil rights” businesses, and certainly not a foreign government, then who exactly represent the interests of American citizens?
Sure, lets continue to reward bad behavior.
How long before one of the illegals gets a “reality” TV show?
Can you imagine what will happen to the American southwest should they win?
Secession, civil war? Well, hey, at least it will be for the right thing and right reason this time. Instead of the wrong thing(keeping slavery) for the right reason(states rights).
“Can you imagine what will happen to the American southwest should they win?”
I’d rather not…yikes
This is really begining to hack me off. If the Mexican government keeps pushing this, it’s time for the Spanish American War II.
And now the definitive link between the Mexican government and the “civil rights” businesses.
Mexico files court brief against Arizona immigration law
The Mexican government gave its support to the lawsuit filed by a group of civil rights organizations, including the Mexican American Legal Defense Fund, the National Immigration Law Center and the American Civil Liberties Union.
This was reported by CNN. It may be that not everyone at CNN is overly enthusiastic to the notion of someone else determining their fate, especially on the terms predominant in Mexico and other third world nations.
Mexican Drug Cartel Warns Police Officers in Arizona Border Town to ‘Look the Other Way’
Is it possible that we wrongly judged Calderon? Maybe he just wants Americans to share the joy which drug cartels have brought to his nation and citizens. As for our own government, what are a few cartels shared between friends.
nn, that makes my blood boil. It’s too bad there’s no National Guard or state militia to show the drug cartel that they’d better face the other way and head on back.
Who is the sh!w!t judge who agreed to allow this case to proceed?
How can illegals sue someone for violating their civil rights if they don’t have any civil rights? The definition of civil rights is rights that only apply to citizens, like voting.
that makes my blood boil
Mine too.
If possible, the townspeople should join forces with the local police. It would serve their interests to sustain the rule of law. Unfortunately, this situation resembles the wild west, and people will have to be prepared to make difficult choices, which it nows seems are unavoidable. Hopefully, our law enforcement, at all levels, will fulfill their duty and obligation to enforce the law and serve the people.
The people who are immediately familiar with, and who are affected by, the cartels and other illegal aliens, need to make their voices heard. Everyone in this nation needs to know the magnitude of the threats they are facing.
That said, the best option is for all citizens to vote for people who will enforce the law. However, Conservatives would do well to remember that while there will be people of like-mind, it is highly unlikely they will be of the same-mind. We need to decide on our priorities and choose the people who will be most likely to represent the interests of our nation and her citizens. This is not the time to splinter the vote, and ensure that the greater evil will wield power.
