“Miami Company Creates “Gringo Masks” for Illegals”
The days of criticizing whites for tribalism, while constantly engaging in it, are losing any sting. Welcome to Obama’s world.

“President Obama clashes with McCain in Republican luncheon”
I thought McCain showed Obama WAY too much respect in the 2008 presidential election and the concession speech. Obama constantly shows him no respect, even bringing up “We won the election” during the congressional hearings. Behaviour more becoming of a pseudo intellectual college graduate than the leader of our country.

    “Romney sounding more like candidate”
I’ve lost my taste for RINO.

“Thanks to Obama spending, private sector pay is now the smallest part of personal income in U.S. history”
We’ve got China breathed down our economic neck while this administration copies the socialist model that is a proven failure worldwide. They just want everyone to be poor while they dish out scraps to the people that kiss their ass the best.

“Author writing about Palin moves next door to her”
Someone needs to follow the author around and dig up the dirt. This Palin obsession just shows everyone what liberals are all about. A married republican woman threatens them and has stood up to their onslaught, exposing them for the wimps they really are.

“Pamela Geller, blogger with Tea Party ties, launches ad crusade against ‘Islamization of America’”
The women definitely have the balls right now. Between Geller, Palin, and Governor Brewer, they are making the gutsy moves. The conservative men seem too risk averse.

I read about this from her blog on FB. Now it is neat that even though she has made lots of money with her book, that she has chosen to stay in the same house she has raised her kids in. However, she really needs to think of security. That perv on the balcony could have just as easily be a lefty loon with a rifle. Either she needs to buy that house, as some have suggested, or move to safer digs.

Pamela Geller, blogger with Tea Party ties, launches ad crusade against ‘Islamization of America’
Well, women are certainly motivated to fight against Islamic influences in our society, but I guess if you are a Jewish woman as is Ms. Geller, you are especially motivated.

    Romney sounding more like candidate
What can be done to make this guy go away? Is there a job someone can offer him not to run?

My disagreements with Romney concern his RINO behavior. However, here in the South, I’ve noticed a different type of opposition. During Romney’s last campaign, there was a lot of discussion on local talk radio by Christian callers who would not support him because of his Latter Day Saints affiliation. These people will not show up at the polls if Romney is the Republican candiate.

    Has he disappeared yet?

I love the headline I saw that said “0bama meets with Republicans, and McCain. …”

    On the other hand…

It’s almost as if by design, we are destined to never have a universal consensus. It keeps life interesting, I suppose. It is the role of Conservatives to mediate between the various factions. The American experiment was not a product of contemporary liberalism/progressivism, nor of libertarianism. Unfortunately, there is also no ubiquitous “Conservative”. Such is the burden, and privilege, of indvidual dignity.

  7. n.n says:

We’ve finally done it. A new milestone, of which the “best and brightest” can be extremely proud. We have surpassed $13 trillion in recorded public debt.

    U.S. Debt Clock

Economics -101 works! It doesn’t now and never did before. The “elites” are praising the good efforts of enablers to “redistributive change”. Next on the agenda: class warfare. Why stop with race, sex, etc. It’s the stubborn middle class (core and expanded), which is preventing realization of the left-wing utopia.

hopefully there’s some fun to be had in dreary Mass, Bob! Have a good one

  9. Igor says:

n.n, it may be of interest to note that at all of the 9/12 and Tea Party meetings I’ve been to , the “consensus” is that we do not need a “leader” – we are uniting in a Common Cause to bring back the values on which this great country was founded. Call us “Conservatives”, by all means – please!

Now, Universal Consensus implies a person or governing body to get that consensus, no? Somehow I think that the consensus is not going to be universal amongst us in this movement… which is just fine by me. And the rest of my fellows in the movement, by the way.

    Just sayin’

    Nor in any other matter.

which is just fine by me

To think otherwise would mean that the people pushing collective dignity were progressive. Despite the early propaganda, it is becoming obvious that more people have rejected that compromise.

  12. Nicolas says:

this is a killer speech from California Senator Tom McClintock in response to Mexican Presiden Calderon bashing Arizona’s new immigration law. you guys have GOT to see this

  13. Sayers says:

“The more he talked, the more he got upset,” Sen. Pat Roberts (R-Kan.) said. “He needs to take a valium before he comes in and talks to Republicans and just calm down, and don’t take anything so seriously. If you disagree with someone, it doesn’t mean you’re attacking their motives — and he takes it that way and tends then to lecture and then gets upset.”

    “He’s pretty thin-skinned.”

Awww, poor wittle Barry can’t handle a little questioning huh?

    What a pussy.

  14. Ilion says:

Well, “liberal” men do tend to be feminized in their outlooks … so one ought not be too surprised when they tend to display more of the sorts of character flaws more typically associated with women than with men.

  15. Hoss says:

    “He’s pretty thin-skinned.”

Good Lord, Roberts is just figuring that out. Next he’ll come to the conclusion that Obama is a big candyass who likes to whine and blame everything on W.

I just heard Obamacare will put 30,000 more people on insurance in this area. Only problem is that many Dr.’s are saying they are not taking on any new patients & some are retiring.

Oh will someone please notify Al Gore to send his Global Warming this way, as of right now (12AM) we are now getting nickle & quarter hail & severe 60mph winds. Thunder is so bad it sounds like I am at an artillery range. Our Bichon is so scared she is on my lap shaking all over. Bob, Pittsfield Mass. is getting hammered as I type & storm is traveling South at 35mph.

Romney is RHINO & with the screw-up on Healthcare, I don’t think he could win an election for Dog Catcher, not in NY anyway.

I know where Sarah lives & that house next door is not that close. It would be a tough shot with a 50 cal Barret, so she is relatively safe at her home. That said, there are a lot of Libs/Progressives that see
her as a threat to Obama in 2012. I really doubt she will run for POTUS, but watch her go in 2016.

Yeah, storm is out of this area, pup is asleep finally!

  18. Ilion says:

Ah, but is he safe in his house? I hear she can shoot.

  19. OldnyFirefighter says:

Not only can she shoot, the whole Family knows how to shoot & I wouldn’t want to be the one breaking into their home. Extra lead makes it harder to make an escape!
