You left out the word “liberal”, Ann…

Pelosi: I ‘love’ working with that ’softie’ Rahm
Loons DO have a tendency to bunch, don’t they? Herd instinct.

    Anatomy of a Racial Smear
Sigh. Fox News, fairly unbalanced. Smooth move, you idiots.

Pilot: I kept having urges to crash
Kinda reminds me of Congress and The One…

Massive Job Cuts Projected For NYC
“Socialism works until you run out of other people’s money!”

Islam and Muslims should not scare you
They don’t. It’s the radicals that run around killing everybody that scares me. It’s still true: over 95% of the terrorists that are killing innocents are Muslim.

    A GOP without balls…

Maybe CBS can get their late night hosts to do a skit with the Qantas pilot flying Air Force One?

  3. Nicolas says:

    Immigration plan would create backlog

speaking of immigration, I hope Steve Poizner’s plan works when he becomes Governor of California

“So, we’ll never really know if it was indeed signed”

    I know! damn it…

“People who tell the truth don’t need to “push back” ”

like the “Shaft” song by Isaac Hayes…”You daaaaaaaaamn right..”

Pilot: I kept having urges to crash

“I kept having urges to crash”…that’s fucking creepy!!

“I guess we won’t be flying Quantas any time soon”

that’s why I’ll personally vouch for all the positive feedback you’ve heard about Southwest Airlines as we are regular passengers of that airline. Good times

“And we’ll be fined and/or imprisoned if we don’t read it.
    Just joking… for now”

I think that’s something NOT to be joked about in all honesty. after they jail us for not buying healthcare, who’s to say they WON’T jail us for not reading it?

TARP watchdog slams Obama foreclosure program

    Re-default concerns

Completely predictable. The government simply injected money to obscure the underlying problem, which provided a temporary reprieve for the homeowners and the government. The people who were helped, repeatedly failed to assume responsibility for their debts, and no one asked why they failed. This is the same as promoting money as the solution to fix schools, while ignoring the human problems, including the families and students.

The homeowners should become apartment dwellers, since they obviously cannot be trusted to be responsible for their liabilities to others. I would go so far as to state that they do not respect other people, and the same is true for the government.

I wonder how many responsible people were prevented from owning homes because HUD and its money manipulators in Fannie and Freddie, along with its henchmen in ACORN and “civil rights” businesses, to which Obama was complicit, used litigation and legislation to incentivize bad and even criminal behavior. What criteria did they use to redistribute public funds.

Thank you, liberals/progressives, for enabling the artificial inflation of our economy. Your greed and delusions were the straw that broke the camel’s back, and now we will all suffer for your selfish interests. Which regressive liberal/progressive will be first to apologize to the people they exploited?

In Chicago, Obama Aide Had V.I.P. List for Schools

The president of the Chicago school board, Michael Scott, who had been subpoenaed in the federal investigation, committed suicide in November.

I wonder if it was assisted suicide. We already know that left-wing lunatics revel in the destruction of emergent life and the benevolent gesture of euthanasia for throwaway people. What’s another simian lost, when there are others with the same physical characteristics waiting to replace it.

Another casualty of Marx’s resurrection of the old systems, where the “elites” rule, with their cronies by their side, and support from their minions. Lovely. Keep pushing involuntary exploitation, regressive liberals/progressives. More people are recognizing your true nature, and the oppressive systems which you enable to denigrate individual dignity. Maybe even the people you hurt first and foremost will eventually recognize their saboteurs — neither liberal, nor progressive.

  5. RosalieB says:

n.n: You said it all, and very well I might add. What I would like to know is what exactly did people hear when Obama was campaigning? Were they so enthralled by his wonderful voice they didn’t hear that he wanted to “spread the wealth” and “transform this country”? How did they rationalize his radical friends and pastor of the church he attended for twenty years? I’m no Sharpton fan but he’s right: Americans (not me) voted for Socialism when they voted for Obama. And that’s exactly was we’re headed for. And why didn’t the Republicans do something about healthcare when they had the chance? They’re really all the same, that’s what’s so darn depressing.

  6. The Machine says:

Check the election return percentages again.

    Not a landslide, not hardly.

    Not even a mandate.

Matter of fact, if we could have eliminated the ACORN vote cheating, plus the cheating from a few other democratic party sectors as usual, McCain may actually have won the election…

  7. nicholas says:

Coulter said the e-mail sent to her Friday by Francois Houle, vice-president academic and provost of the University of Ottawa, targeted her as a member of an identifiable group and as such, she will be filing a complaint with the Human Rights Commission alleging hate speech.

“I’m sure the Human Rights Commission will get to the bottom of it.” Ms. Coulter said, cynically. “I think I’m the victim of a hate crime here. Either what (Mr. Houle) did was a hate crime, or the whole commission is BS.”

Of course, the whole commission is BS, but it is fun to point it out.

  8. Sayers says:

Patrick Kennedy leaves note for Ted on gravesite: “Dad, the unfinished business is done.”

Final payment delivered to the Kopechne family.

  9. n.n says:

    RosalieB:

There are some who are complicit and many more who are vulnerable. There will always be those who are complicit, for reasons of profit and power, while the exploitation of people who are vulnerable is what really made their agendas possible. The Marxist systems, and the old systems of which they are representative, are inherently tyrannical. I would not want to condemn a group of people as a whole, but they must be aware that imposing their will upon others, through discrimination, involuntary exploitation, coerced submission, etc., is a path to regression. Since their principles are, by definition, contrary to the liberty of classical liberalism, and contrary to even the laws of nature, even the vulnerable participating in these acts are not free from guilt.

As for the Democrats and Republicans, there is no way to divine someone’s intentions, especially when everything done seems to be little more than moves in an endless game; but, I would still rely on their records, before dismissing everyone as part of the problem. There will be people of like-mind, but not same-mind. We cannot expect that even people with the same philosophy of life, will agree with us individually on all issues. We need to choose the people who will maximize the correlation with our own beliefs, principles, and expectations. Ideally, everyone would have a universe onto themselves, and there would never be a need to compromise. In lieu of what some would consider a utopia, we have an economy to share the workload, and politicians to devise compromises.

As the progressives have done, we need to indoctrinate, formerly referred to as raise, our children. If people in whole choose tyranny, then it can no longer be defined as such. As with everything else, it begins at home. Which is why the progressives have increasingly intervened in even that sanctuary.

  10. n.n says:

From the vulnerable, a phoenix will arise.

    Star Parker Running for Congress?

There are many people who deserve the opportunity to demonstrate leadership, including some who are already in such positions. We do have choices, none of whom are perfect. I just hope her focus on “minorities” is a temporary position and would not follow her to a public office.

  11. n.n says:

    Senate GOP shuts down hearings

It appears that some of the Republicans have courage after all. No more “hate crimes” legislation attached to defense budgets. No more federal government abduction of educaton funds attached to medical services insurance slush funds. The Democrats must be prevented from further consolidating power.

Good work, Sen. Mitch McConnell. The Democrats have played the same game before, when there was far less at stake. If the liberals/progressive want to retain the social compact, then they better recognize that their tyrannical policies will be rejected at every opportunity.

I’m surprised that Democrats have any time to spare, when their hands are already full, advocating for involuntary exploitation and destruction of emergent human life. The regressives will not be able deceive the vulnerable forever. Eventually, the people recognize their oppressors, and remove them from power.

Viva la United States of America! Let the “elites” and their supporters know the will of the people. If they’re smart, this will remain peaceful. Unfotunately, the record would indicate that they are the “worst and dimmest”. Only time will tell if they recognize individual dignity.

  12. RosalieB says:

n.n: Let’s see what happens in eight months. Have people finally wised up? We’ll see.

  13. n.n says:

    RosalieB:

If the economy remains depressed, then I would guess the answer would be no. The number of vulnerable will not decrease, and they will welcome any and all subsidies. Those providing assistance, in fact or appearance, will be identified as saviors.

Many people are nothing if not shortsighted and would choose the instant return — immediate gratification — whether it is sustainable or not. The selection of Obama and people’s preference for his “redistributive change” policy, confirms this attitude to be present, in part or whole, among many Americans and most, if not all, of the amnesty seeking illegal alien invaders.
