Bonehead Of The Day

Al Gore’s back at it again, twisting recent weather events as proof of global warming.

Gore Attaches Global Warming as Cause to Last Weekend’s Storm in Northeast
If there’s a drought – it’s global warming. When there’s a hurricane – it’s global warming. If there are heavy snows or even blizzards – it’s somehow global warming. And amazingly, the latest round of rainy and windy weather in the Northeast, well that’s consistent with this phenomenon as well, so says former Vice President Al Gore.

Gore, the self-anointed climate change alarmist-in-chief, told supporters on a March 15 conference call that severe weather in certain regions of the country could be attributed to carbon in the atmosphere – including the recent rash of rainy weather.

At some point, Gore should be reminded that the Fifth Amendment is there for a reason.

Wait a second … wasn’t Bill Nye Junk Science Guy just scolding everyone a month or so ago that weather is not climate? Come on, guys. Make up your minds.

You’re right, Bob. Gore should really shut up and start looking into to booking a flight to Rio de Janero.

Good thing we’re all going to see Not Evil, Just Wrong AND having a speaker on the perils of Cap and Trade. I’ll be videotaping the speaker…. let’s see how this one comes out.

Well, here in the Pacific Northwest, we’ve been really, really DRY and WARM since last year. We’ve had 13+” total snow this year, last year we had 99.3″. What say you, Algore?

    Igor
(NO relation to Algore, thank you…)

This idiot needs to go to the Dr. to be tested for lead contamination of his brain matter. This clown is so intelligent he buys a huge Houseboat that runs on ethanol & parks it at a Marina that doesn’t have any ethanol pumps. He than has to have it trucked in by Diesel Truck in order to fill the fuel tanks on said Houseboat. This Houseboat uses about 15% to 25% more fuel/mile than a comparable one operated on Gasoline & about 30% to 45% more fuel than a Diesel powered unit.
Cost wise, it is about 50% more to operate than a Gasoline unit & about 45% more than a Diesel powered unit. Oh yeah, I forgot Gore has more money than all of us combined, so his green technology means Money not Conservation of Resources.

Igor, if I could give it back to you, I would.

Speaking of change, AL Gore popped his head up to write an editorial in the NYT a couple of weeks back, saying among other things:

“Unfortunately, the reality of the danger we are courting has not been changed by the discovery of at least two mistakes in the thousands of pages of careful scientific work over the last 22 years by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.”

I suppose that is true as far as it goes. The reality of the danger has not changed – it is still as negligible as it ever was. Furthermore, the science the alarmists have been pushing has not changed either. They continue to ramble on endlessly about the physics of long wave radiation absorption of CO2 and the cataclysmic consequences of the minuscule rise in this ‘trace gas’. What has changed, AL, is our perception of the validity and integrity of the rather small scientific community that has been pushing this nonsense upon us.

This has been changed dramatically, and we have not lost our place with the passage of a few months time.

I think he’s taken ill with the “Ron White/alcohol/Miranda Syndrome”:

“I had the right to be silent, just not the ability.”

Al better shut up before the folks that have continued to prop him up end up throwing him under the bus.
