A BILL to provide for reconciliation pursuant to section 202 of the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2010. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Reconciliation Act of 2010’’.

    The majority of Americans opposed it when asked. How many will resent it when they impose it against our will? Since when has the minority dictated the rights of the majority? Our constitutional republic was designed to preserve the rights of the minority, not trample the rights of the majority.

    This entire spinning side-step is UnConstitutional to begin with, you can’t reconcile a Bill that has not passed. Plain and simple.

    Hopefully, the Supremes will toss the entire sordid effort into the swill trough, since I have no doubt that Pelosi will reconcile a Bill that has not passed.
