Truck driver in Reid accident twice cited for speeding
He’s screwed

Gee, a guy with a CDL has two speedin’ tickets and another for an expired vehicle registration.
CNN is counting on the fact that most Americans have no idea about the CDL situation, nor how the states drum up money for the governor’s coffers.
So of course they start the smear.

“Texas Conservatives . . .”
Yeehah!
I would have left Thomas Jefferson in; I don’t care what the other think, the man was a genius. Like all of us, he had feet of clay and can be faulted on some points, but his overall influence was very positive, and, dare I say, progressive (in the truest sense of the term).
The real problem with the First Amendment issues is not really one of separation of church and state, but of mis-understanding of the meaning of ‘establishment of religion’. This was not some bugaboo of the Framers’ dreams, but a very real condition with which they were intimately familiar.
Establishment of religion can be instantly and easily recognized. Are there people who are forbidden to do certain things — vote, hold office, conduct commerce, teach, hold military commissions, etc. — because they do not embrace a certain religious belief? If so, then there is establishment. But if the atheist can vote, hold office, etc. with no restriction, then there is no establishment, it doesn’t matter how many Ten Commandment monuments or Stars of David are erected on public property. Those are references to our cultural and historical roots. Since Santia, Islam, Hinduism, etc. made no contribution to our founding and growth or our culture and values, it should come as no surprise that we don’t see their emblems in such places.
Georgia Considers Outlawing Abortions Based on Race, Gender
So, who is it acceptable to abort? Their moral indignation has to have some universal basis and application. It is obviously not about individual dignity.
It’s funny how they focus on symptoms rather than underlying causes.
The left-wing lunatics do believe in tort reform. Who knew.
They must protect the right to destroy emergent human life at all costs. Well, not at their cost, but everyone elses.

The left-wing resents competition. They are the establishment, and they expect everyone to bow before them like good little simians.
When we remove the influences of the NRO cult, including teachings from atheists, faux agnostics, and pretenders of faith, then they may have a legitimate argument here. Until such time, I will mock simians and their speculation about their evolution (missing links), big bang (dark matter and other missing links), agw/agcc (missing links, again), fossil fuels (circumstantial evidence), slavery that is not slavery (social justice and other forms of involuntary exploitation), and so much more.
The creme de la creme of their selective science, the infamous “Higgs Boson”which is ironically referred to as the “God particle”. Their ultimate missing link, which, they claim, would answer questions of philosophical status.
I can forgive the atheists, since they are simply in denial of their faith, claiming the higher ground, while crawling through the muck of their underworld. But I cannot forgive the agnostics, and those who purport to maintain the neutral ground. Can they be any more disingenuous and intellectually dishonest, when they claim knowledge of fundamental truths? What is the source of their dark knowledge? Is it aliens or their mortal gods?
The truth shall set you free. Why are regressives so vehemently opposed to individual liberty? What a flock of sadomasochistic freaks.
Uncle Rick:
It is not a misunderstanding.
It is a willful, malicious and evil attempt at subterfuge.
There is no way it could have been the kimchee, nothing will live in that.
