The left and their media routinely denigrate and/or mock the Tea Party because the apparently see it as a real threat to the America they wish to make.
Our Strategy is simple. This movement is a fad. Some of their ideas include the belief that programs like Social Security and Medicare are socialistic and should never have been created in the first place and that President Obama is a Socialist. Other ideas include undermining the legitimacy of the federal government in favor of a radical rightwing form of state’s rights. We need to prevent their dangerous ideas from gaining a legislative foothold. So our strategy is to spread the truth about their dangerous ideas and prevent their policies from taking root in America.
It will be very interesting to see what their version of “truth” is.

yeah. . . if Social Security was a Socialistic policy, thjey would have put something in the name making it plain it was a Solcialistic policy. like maybe the word “Social”.
And 0bama is not really a socialist, He is a Marxist (well his “religion” is Marx/God Added masquerading as a religion). When he first came on the scene I used to say that as Hyperbole, but damned if it isn’t the case.
The only problem with their opposition to “right wing state’s rights” is that it’s right in the Constitution. I suppose, as in the case of Rachel Maddow not knowing about the Preamble, they don’t actually know what’s in it.

I have to agree with IT Nerd…I think it is great that another left-wing movement is coming along trying to discredit a very real, grass-roots movement among REAL Americans….by that I mean, true patriotic Americans that understand what system of gov’t our founding fathers established, understand what the Constitution really says, understand what form of economic system was established and understand that our nation is dangerously close to becoming another tinpot, marxist failure. Let this group “spread their truth”…..and in so doing, alienate even more Americans tired of the crap that is happening here.
