  1. Igor says:

Only ONE of the reasons I don’t go to some of these stores. Are you listening, Target?

Another classic example of the rule of Lawyers – everybody’s afraid of lawsuits in the name of “equal rights”. Frankly, we need to shoot all the lawyers! THAT would be a wonderful Christmas present.

Merry Christmas, everybody! Give until it hurts, then give some more.

    Igor

  2. PB-in-AL says:

A sad commentary, indeed. I’ve only seen 1 Salvation Army collection bucket out, and they couldn’t ring the bell there (I don’t recall where it was). Used to be that they were all over the place ringing away.

I suppose that is indicative of how much the idea of “charity” means to the left. They don’t want folks to be able to freely give, they want to take.

  3. Igor says:

PB, the Leftys want to take, all right. From you. So they can “give” it to the “less fortunate”. Who happen to vote Democraptic. Usually their bosom-buddies.

    Not very Christ-like.

    Igor

  4. Mauser says:

Wal-Mart allows them, bells and all. Just another reason to shop there.

  5. Henry says:

I actually can’t recall the last time I saw one of the SA bell ringers. Sad.

Igor, thanks for wishing my wife be shot. Merry Christmas.

  6. PB-in-AL says:

@Igor – and really they don’t want to give to the “less fortunate” that’s their excuse. They just keep most of it to make their bureaucracies bigger and more entrenched.

The colloquialism regarding a “lying sack” comes to mind.
