I propose the developing nations, which happen to be primarily located in equatorial and temperate zones, should compensate the developed nations for monopolizing the warm air for themselves.
Please, developing nations, consider your neighbors to the North, who are freezing to death, while you lounge and frolic in the warmer climes.

This just may be a fraudulent, progressive economy. The people who invented the AGW/AGCC hypothesis, were the first and primary beneficiaries of their new economy. If they fail to convince or lack the means to impose their will upon a majority of people, then the investors in Big Green, including Big Oil, stand to lose trillions.
I sympathize with the AGW/AGCC investors; but, ignorance or inability to comprehend the inherent risks associated with any new venture, is not an excuse. They, like all entrepreneurs, will enjoy the rewards, and must solely endure the burden of the risks, associated with their enterprise.
