Hypocrites Of The Day
Liberals are so sickeningly predictable. I’m not just pointing at these people, but all the liberal green NIMBYs…
Blazing a trail for renewable energy, Gov. Deval Patrick is alienating Martha’s Vineyard’s liberal rich and famous by pushing a plan to lease state waters for 166 450-foot-high wind turbines between the pristine vacation spots of Gay Head cliffs and Cuttyhunk Island.
Outraged Chilmark resident Andy Goldman, a retired trial attorney, and his wife Susan Heilbron, a former commissioner of New York City’s waterfront, are generals of the grassroots uprising Let Vineyarders Decide.
“I plead guilty to thinking global warming is a real problem, but that doesn’t mean everybody who has a plan with the word ‘green’ has to be supported,” Goldman said.
No shit.
Unless it’s in the neighborhoods of the insignificant, not the liberal riche.

No different than ‘Uncle Teddy’. Do as I say, not as I do.

Unless it’s in the neighborhoods of the insignificant
They can’t help but reveal their true nature. It must be difficult to continually cross from la-la land to reality and back.
Poor “children”. They want their cake and eat it too. Otherwise, they will throw tantrums and call people names. Morons. Grow up already.

There’s a really good book called “Cape Wind” about how the Kennedy’s and their neigbours fought tooth and nail to stop a wind farm off the coast of Hyannisport.

Hey, if the government can seize residential areas to get a bigger tax pay out (Hello, Kelo), then folks in Martha’s Vineyard can give up something for the greater good as well.

More hypocrites.
NPR reporter pressured over Fox role
Executives at National Public Radio recently asked the network’s top political correspondent, Mara Liasson, to reconsider her regular appearances on Fox News because of what they perceived as the network’s political bias
You say the privately owned Fox News has a 60% conservative bias, while the publicly subsidized radio station, NPR, has a 90% liberal bias. Thanks. I already knew that. Shh! Don’t tell the followers of PRI and PBS that their “news sources” may have a conflict of interest, and are, in fact, extremely biased.
“By appearing on Fox, reporters validate its propaganda values and help to undermine the role of legitimate news organizations,” Weisberg wrote in an Oct. 17 Newsweek column, “Why Fox News Is Un-American.” “Respectable journalists — I’m talking to you, Mara Liasson — should stop appearing on its programs.”
Huh… Slate too. What the hell is “Slate”?

More NIMBY from leftist hypocrites. As usual, they like to solve their “problems” using your money or your back yard.
