There is a whole generation of enviro-weenies in training in kindergarten right now. Unfortunately, this thing isn’t going away anytime soon; it conveniently serves too many lefty agendas. I just cringe everytime I hear this “taking a trip by plane as a moral decision” garbage! But, it’s so hard to argue this with the “true believers”. It’s like a religion to them.

I put this dumb-ass video out on my Facebook page and stole a quote from Les Nessman of ‘WKRP in Cincinnati’ when he did that Thanksgiving promo and dropped live turkeys from a helicopter:
“As God is my witness…I thought polar bears could fly.”

Isn’t it odd? … we’re not supposed to talk about (much less are we allowed to see) actual news footage of an actual event which happened a few years ago in which actual human beings rained from the sky one fine fall morning.

uh, the emissions from a flight equals the weight of a Polar bear. Could it not also have equaled the weight of Al Gore, Hilary Clinton, and Anita Dunn put together? Those are some of whom I’d love to see falling from the sky, just like those bears.

The ad made me laugh, actually. Fur coats and bear meat for everyone!
The last time I got a lecture from a greenie, I noted that he lived in a 3,000-ft2 house (“green” construction not withstanding) and had taken down 12 trees to improve his view of the lake. So I suspect that the makers of the video include people who travel to conferences, print flyers, power their electronics, etc.
BTW, how much emissions are a result of Internet usage and other convenient technology that we didn’t have 20 years ago?

I noticed the video of AlGore’s private jet has been removed from YouBoob because it violates their terms. Oh yeah, it sure does – it shows Al in such a hypocritical light that Liberal heads are in danger of exploding.
