For those of you who may be looking at a potential Louisiana vacation… consider Texas.
Hi Mr. Parks. I love your website. After reading about the 100 million bribe to the Senator Landrieu of Louisiana I decided it might be a good idea to put a little conservative pressure on her. I contacted her and the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce to let them know that I will not be traveling to Louisiana, or purchasing any product of Louisiana if she votes for the health care bill. If enough people will contact her, maybe she will see that it could cost her more than 100 million to vote for the bill. We just need one democratic senator to vote against the bill. This could be our best chance. If you agree, please get the word out on your website. Time is of essence. Thanks for all you do.
Renee’ Brown
I personally had no plans to go there, but this kind of cements it.
(Nothing personal to those you live in Louisiana. Blame Mary)

Bob, I just looked around on LA site for the New Orleans CoC and couldn’t find any contact info at all. Did Ms. Brown send along any contact info, pray tell?
I’ll keep looking.

I’ve already told my two Senators that they’d better vote AGAINST the healthcare, or say goodbye to their jobs. Won’t do much good, Murray is a barking moonbat and Cantwell is a latte-sipping Seattleite goober.
Maybe I should remind Landreau who signs her paychecks as well?
Worth a try anyway.

Yes Igor,
At this point Everything is worth a try – this is the fight. THEY use tactics that we don’t know about or would think of using. Time for us to do ALL that we can to secure the future liberty of the United States of America.

A great idea and I will send an e mail to both her and the republican senator just to make sure the word gets out. In the letter I will make sure the emphasis is in the products of la. since I am in South Carolina.
This whole thing is despicable, it is a bribe pure and simple.

Oh, Igor, I didn’t realize you were in the same boat as me. Maria Can’tVoteWell and Patty “Bin Laden’s Day Care Centers” Murray are so sad.
Someday I should put up the letters I got back from my suggestion that they not tax unemployment benefits. The internal contradictions were mind-blowing.
