Photoshop Of The Day
Have you noticed (rhetorical) that those who always accuse others of lying and making things up, resort to lies and deceptions themselves to get what they want?
Al Gore’s new book had a problem – no big hurricanes since Katrina to put in the book to look “threatening” to the USA. Any imagined link between hurricanes and global warming has evaporated.
Solution: the artists airbrush.
What’s really sad is despite this editorial license taken where one would think accuracy would be a priority, there will be many too interested in not looking like suckers, who will defend this and prove it.

Climatologists Baffled by Global Warming Time-Out
Ironically, climate change appears to have stalled in the run-up to the upcoming world summit in the Danish capital, where thousands … plan to negotiate a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions. Billions of euros are at stake in the negotiations.
Ironic, huh. Just a coincidence? Yeah, right. This is either an act of God or nature. Humans need not apply.
We don’t really know why this stagnation is taking place at this point.
Much the same as their failure to predict solar activity, or the global warming that occured on Mars, which just happened to coincide with the same event on Earth.
it does raise doubts about the predictive value of climate models
What do they expect, when they fail to accurately characterize a system. It’s called selective science when speculation is molded to conform with observations. This is pattern matching 101, where if you stare long enough, the image will appear.
how can it be that scientists cannot even arrive at a consensus
Reliance on consensus despite physical evidence to the contrary, is an indication of a weak hypothesis, and, in this case, a failed hypothesis. A scientist with integrity, would at this point return to the drawing board and form a new hypothesis. The ego-driven hacks will continue to obfuscate, deny, and lie.
Perhaps we suggested too strongly in the past that the development will continue going up along a simple, straight line. In reality, phases of stagnation or even cooling are completely normal
All right, the jig is up. All the morons who invested in Big Green must now come clean, and no, there will be no bail out for you. Remember, investments are made at your own risk. You almost convinced the world’s population with your “consensus” and Gore’s sleight-of-hand, but almost is not good enough.
Note to climatologists: You need a bigger computer and models with greater accuracy, if you intend to compete with God or nature.
Their arrogance is breathtaking. Their audacity to turn the world upside down based on a cult belief is frightening. This was done before by leaders who would exploit the faithful in the name of God, but now it is being done in the name of mortal gods (“elites” in their own minds). While most people choose to progress, many choose to regress in blind obedience to the doctrine espoused by their cult. Some things may never change.

That the photo above is shopped is obvious on a number of counts.
1. It depicts a big chunk of the northern hemisphere bathed in sunlight at all longitudes. Does Fat Albert now think AGW will cause the earth to change its axis tilt?
2. Similar to the cover of his AIT video the hurricane to the east of Florida is spinning backwards from the correct spin. Are we to also to expect high-pressure-system hurricanes in addition to the usual low-pressure ones? Maybe the change in the tilt of the earth’s axis will create this new phenomenon.
Someone should “shop” his gross image for the jacket cover.

cmjcex: Also pointed out today, the Arctic ice cap is missing, yet the Canadian land mass still has snow. And Cuba has disappeared beneath the waves, except Cuba has mountains, and the water would have to be lapping up over Denver to cover Cuba.

That’s called overuse of the clone tool, in other words… some sloppy ass Photoshopping.
