Videos Of The Day

I wonder who put this idea in his head….

I guess the right wasn’t making too much of this after all…

Bravo Zulu to the University of Connecticut College Republicans for doing what the media didn’t.

Ahhhhh, yes, our apologist-in-chief. Our clueless apologist-in-chief…

The sooner we get rid of this poltroon, the better. Isn’t there a village somewhere in Indonesia that’s missing an Idiot?

I listened to the first part of the top one and turned it off when it got to the ‘gay and lesbian’ part.

What rights, pray, do I enjoy as a middle-aged, white Protestant male that your typical LGBT doesn’t also enjoy in equal measure? I can vote, get a library card, get a job, etc. Can’t they?

OK, so an overt homosexual can’t enlist in the military. There are good reasons for that and many homosexuals have served honorably by observing the tacit rules governing the matter.

Speaking of rights, the term is often misunderstood. Here is the straight (no pun intended) definition:

‘A right is the legitimate power or authority to do a thing without first requiring the permission of another.’ In other words, rights pertain to actions,
    not to access.

The notion of ‘right to education’, ‘right to housing’, ‘right to health care’, etc. is a corruption of the term. That’s talking about access. Of course everyone has a right to those things, as long as they can pay. If I can afford any of these, no one can deny them to me. But if I demand that someone else pay for them, that’s completely different. To suggest that I have a ‘right’ to such things even if I can’t pay implies that it is acceptable for me to take whatever is necessary from another to pay for those things. Even if I don’t take it myself, but do it by proxy (having the state compel others to pay for them by taxation), it is still larceny. Frederic Basiat put it this way:

It is a bad law which ‘. . . benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime.’

So, it is only the president Obama who bows to his superiors. Where is Sharpton and Jackson to remind him of his, ours, and all of humanity’s dignity?

This is further evidence that Obama is a puppet, that acts on behalf of its masters.

It is absolutely hilarious that left-wing lunatics claimed he did not bow to the Saudi king, but they defend his subservient gesture to the emperor of Japan as appropriate and respectful.

Does this fool have no self-respect? Exactly where is he leading America and her citizens? To the plantation we go, led by our Puppet-in-Chief and regressive leaders.

There is also this little precious gem:

Obama calls himself ‘America’s first Pacific president’ & hails expanded US engagement in Asia

The arrogance is breathtaking. He represents someone, but it is not America and her citizens.

It’s interesting to note that his father’s family were not sold into slavery, and, in fact, are prominent members of their community. Did they strike a deal with their Arab slavemasters? To whom does Obama owe his allegiance, and to whom is he beholden?

The New Religious Order (NRO), where the followers act in submission to their mortal gods. Atheists, faux agnostics, pretenders of faith, bow to your mortal gods, and they shall take pity upon you.

    The left does not disappoint:

On President Obama’s Bow to the Japanese Emperor, An Academic Friend Writes That Both the Left and the Right Are Wrong

“His bow is neither (1) unprecedented nor (2) a sign of cultural understanding.

They offer Nixon as an example. Unfortunately, for the deluded Democrats, Obama’s gesture of subservience extended approximately 40 degrees beyond that of Nixon’s, and Obama was staring at the ground (or his shoes?). It’s also interesting to note that the emperor reciprocatd with a similar bow. However, they were not bowing, but greeting each other, with each looking into the other man’s eyes, as equals would.

    Nixon greeting emperor Hirohito

  5. Mauser Says:

They used to describe Dan Quayle as “insurance”, and they once described Joe Biden the same way. But it’s beginning to look more and more like that’s a policy we wouldn’t mind collecting on.

  6. Mauser Says:

Sorry, that’s “Impeachment Insurance” for all you Secret Service readers.

  7. Ilion Says:

OK, so an overt homosexual can’t enlist in the military. There are good reasons for that and many homosexuals have served honorably by observing the tacit rules governing the matter.

Meanwhile, an overt homosexual who engages in homosexal activity is also “encouraged” to get out or stay out of the military.

So, again, the treatment is the same.

  8. Ilion Says:

Alleged-President Obama’s penchant for bowing is *really* an expression of his extreme hubris and self-pride combined with his hatred of America and scorn for Americans.

I’m so much better and greater than you (and than everyone else) that I can behave as though I were subservient and it affects my goodness and greatness not in the least.”

  9. Ilion Says:

While it would be gratifying (politically, if noting else) to get Zero, The One both impeached and removed from office — and might enable us to evade in the short-term the damage he and his partisans intend to inflict upon the nation — I think that in the long-term it will be better for the nation’s future if we get a good dose (and, let us pray, non-fatal) of what they intend.

The moron contingent of The People will never get over “liberalism” until they can no longer lie to themselves that the problem is “liberalism.” So long as so great a percentage of the nation is willing to flirt with (and get in bed with) socialism, another Obama is always possible.

  10. Nicolas Says:

so…let me guess..the boy’s bonehead father must’ve explained in thorough detail gay sex, and everything associated with it.
Somehow I detect this kid will end up in the “fruity” Castro district in San Francisco..hate to say. I find it amazing this kid’s parents are INDOCTRINATING him with this filth concept..
the child amazingly speaks of “racism” (and sexism)..well who do we have to thank for that? hell, Bob, if my youtube channel still up in February, I’m going put that video as my top video for the entire MONTH because of the “PC” left designated February as black history month. Maybe people will learn something from it if they go to my channel and watch said video

anyway, this instance with the boy isn’t exactly a proud “THAT’S MY BOY!” moment. if the child ’sticks to his guns’ on this “promise” not to say the pledge until gays & lesbians get rights, he won’t be saying the pledge his entire school career

on a different note regarding CNN, this story must be what they consider “news” since their numbers are PLUMMETING

lastly, a couple of things. First – Bob, what does “Bravo Zulu” mean?
Second, College Republicans are a hell of a lot brighter than the damn MSM, gotta say

  11. Bob Says:

    “Bravo Zulu” = well done.

  12. The Machine Says:

“We hold these truths to be self evident, that ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL.”

Our Declaration of Independence declares that no U.S. citizen should bow to any man.

Since the Uhh-bama has already stated that he didn’t like the use of the word, “victory,” that it brought up connotations of the Japanese Emporer surrendering on a U.S. warship, an event that never happened, it did not surprise me in the slightest that the Uhh-bama would grovel at the feet of that same Emporer’s son.

There was a time when that act alone would have been considered to be an impeachable offense.
