Boneheads Of The Day

Not a day goes by where a “can you top this” is close to being topped. A Code Pink website letter to the president succeeds by urging “him to say No to Escalation in Afghanistan”…
The recent shootings at Ft. Hood and the resignation of top Foreign Service officer Matthew Hoh demonstrate how even our military officers are opposed to US strategy in Afghanistan.
Talk about intellectual dishonesty.
Code Pink deliberately omits the fact that one of those military officers “opposed to US strategy in Afghanistan” was an al Qaeda sympathizer, not an anti-war protester.
Code Pink need be very careful with whom they side with. Very few in the Pink look anything like those who worked the strip club Major Hasan frequented before his shooting spree. There will be few who’d object to radical Muslims putting burkas on the heads of Pinkos they didn’t stone to death.
Note: As policy I do try and not make comments about the personal appearance of others. However, it’s clear Code Pink is ugly, both inside and out.

as I learned more and more about Code Pink, they felt as radical as the left. nice to know I can clump them together with other lefties

also, it would be funny as hell if there were a Conservative men’s organization, maybe called “Code red” or something, meant to combat and shut down Code Pink’s talking points at rallies

Nicholas, there was a group Code Red Women for the Troops. They’re still listed at milblogging.com, but the blog is gone now.

Responding to them in kind is simply not a good tactic.
Ignoring the two year old’s tantrum and letting them burn out on their own is time-honored as being effective.
