The Hoffman issue, it is a stretch but it Hoffman loses does that not invalidate the congress’s vote on it’s health care bill? The other guy votes and probably should not have. Isn’t that an ethical issue for the most ethical congress every (that was a joke BTW).

Regarding Hoffman, even if it is discovered that he won, that doesn’t mean that Pelosi will allow him to be seated. That would be a GREAT fight to watch: much popcorn needed.
If I lived in that district and found that the man duly elected was refused seating, that would warrant a trip to DC to cause some trouble. Probably result in a disorderly conduct charge, but it would be worth it.
