Whose Party Will It Be?
While perusing through the news this morning, I stumbled upon this: “As GOP celebrates wins, internal ideological battles remain”
With that, let me share with you a response to a fundraising email to the MassGOP party RINO chair. I was cc’d this from a good friend in my home state, where I divorced myself from the state party that rejected me and my conservatism….
This is exactly what I would expect from a corrupt organization that has clearly lost its way and which is why you’ll not get a dime from this home! If you closely examine the polls and candidates you “proclaim Republican victory” for inside and outside of this state, you will see that in both Virginia and New Jersey top of the tickets were Conservative and as such offered a clear choice for the electorate.
Here in Massachusetts a majority of those winning, exception being in the cities/towns that are completely out of touch with reality, were also conservative and offered a choice. In the rare instances where a RINO won, it was an anti incumbent message, NOT a hooray we are voting Republican message. Additionally in my talking to some of the victors the MAGOP offered them nothing, or what “advice” was offered was politely refused or ignored.
A MAGOP typical candidate is/was in the 23rd congressional District, Dierdre Scozzafava, deserting party values with her support of abortion rights, gay marriage and labor unions and ACORN endorsement. THAT is a MAGOP candidate and the power elite in DC supported her along with the republican elitist in upstate NY. Her money and RINO message was drowned out and flatly ignored by the electorate!
The conservative got no support from your type and still managed to make it a competitive race, even after your type Republican endorsed the Democrat. The seat held by a Republican for over 100 years is now in Democrat hands because you Republican lites think you know what is best…
Why would anyone give a dime to you/your entity? You have already stated your not giving candidates money. Are we supposed to give money to support you and your cadre of bureaucrats salary and benefits? Get Ron Kaufman to spend some of the half million a year he gets from the dictator and fund your lavish parties, Or have “Your Republican Governor” Weld, in particular, call Obama, since Weld endorsed him, maybe Obama will throw some recovery money your way, the MAGOP would more than qualify as being in need of assistance. I’ll give my money, time and support to actual candidates.
I don’t choose to pay for your type’s utilities, parking and lunches in Boston!
In order that I do not vomit with your twisted logic, an outright lies, remove me from your email list!
I was asked to maybe get involved politically down here in Virginia. While at one point I have said “never”, if I were to jump in the deep end again, it would be somewhere that had real a Republican Party, and not the sorry excuse for a state party whose officials have insulted me, and when I ran and needed their support, gave none to any candidate, except those who kissed their ass and played the moderate game to defeat.

Again I will say to all: Stay with the Conservative message, not the party message. Everyone scoffed at Ron Paul in the past and his predictions are all coming true….Check out what his son is up to in Kentucky http://www.politicsdaily.com/2009/11/04/ron-pauls-son-in-close-race-of-gop-senate-nod-in-kentucky/

Party Chair Barbie doesn’t have a clue! Not a CLUE. She’s more politically aligned with Ditsy Dede ScuzzyRiNO than she is with us.
She’s Ron Kaufman’s call girl – ready to do his bidding, just as long as she gets national TV exposure. Barbie should watch Michele Bachmann – and take lessons.
Mass Republicans – GIVE NO $$ to the MassGOP – not a damned dime. Give ONLY to WORTHY candidates, and give directly to them.

I found myself last year answering a fluff-head lib friend when she scathingly referred to me (in regards to some political whatnot) as ‘you republicans’ and I have to correct her time and time again that at this point.. no I’m a conservative with libertarian leanings and that the ‘republican’ party no longer represents what I stand for. So sad too. There are many of us getting more and more angry about the whole situation too. I live in a VERY liberal county where registered dems outnumber registered reps almost 3:1… (no not Dade-Broward THANK GOD) yet my distric rep is a conservative, and most everyone who actually has half a brain that I know is conservative as well. We just need to get those people up and out of their ‘but what can I do?’ lethargy.

if the situation looks any more positive than in Mass for the state GOP, I say bring all of that energy and those ideas and THEN some to the Virginia GOP state party, 2010 may be a PERFECT TIME for it!
