The Obama Abortion Games
He told those who adored him that he was going to end the games in Washington, D.C. He was going to bring transparency to Capitol Hill, but at the end of the day, it all depends on what your definition of “transparency” is.

Rep. Bart Stupak (D.-Mich.) told CNSNews.com that President Barack Obama told him in a telephone conversation that when he said in his Sept. 9 speech to a joint session of Congress that “under our plan no federal dollars will be used to fund abortions” he was not talking about the actual bill drafted in the House but about the president’s own health care plan—which has never been written.
“I don’t know if it is a game of semantics or what,” Stupak said of Obama’s nationally televised declaration to Congress that the health-care plan will not allow federal funding of abortion. Both the House and Senate versions of the health-care bill permit federal funds to pay for insurance plans that cover abortions.
The president has failed to learn from the mistakes of some of his predecessors.
The American people are, for the most part, forgiving. They just expect their leaders to be straight with them. But when leadership becomes arrogant and believes he or she is smarter and can pull the wool over an unsophisticated populace, they soon find that it wasn’t the people who were stupid….

Obama would say he didn’t lie about government funding abortions. He was talking about health care going to illegal aliens, which it will.

Anybody, anybody that believes the Congress or The One would NOT fund abortions with the “new & improved” healthcare plan has either not been paying attention, is on some kind of recreational pharmaceutical, or is just flat-out dumb. Or maybe even all three.
Of course the Fed will pay for abortions… hasn’t it been doing it for the past 35+ years?? Libs aren’t going to change their spots overnight, especially now.
