Bonehead Of The Day

Carol Costello, 10/19/09CNN’s Carol Costello believes that conservative talk radio is filled with anger, and an anger that’s dividing America. Ms. Costello need take a good look at the comments left here and on my YouTube channel by liberals. If an objective look is possible, she may see that the real purveyors of hate come from the left.

CNN’s Carol Costello began a new series on political talk radio on Monday’s American Morning, suggesting it was unfairly dominated by conservatives, and brought on a liberal psychiatrist who theorized that Rush Limbaugh has an audience because he’s “operating like the bully, and if you’re on the playground…you want to be…under the bully’s wing and go along with him and get…some power by proxy.”

The correspondent’s report, which aired just before the bottom of the 7 am Eastern hour, was the first installment in a “special series on talk radio,” according to anchor John Roberts. Costello zeroed in on the listeners and why the format “can capture people for such long periods of time.” A graphic on the screen during her report heralded “anger on the air: what listeners don’t know about talk radio.”

So watch yourselves, you conservative haters.

CNN and Dr. Carol Costello, M.D. are on to us.

I listened to this on Rush and Laura Ingram as I was traveling. I kind of liked what she said except the bully part. From what Rush reported she said that people who listen to radio talk show hosts like Rush feel they don’t have a voice. This is how some of us feel in the Obama owned media.

So we do look for those who do not shy away from truth. Those strong enough to stand up to Obama thugs. In some way it is comforting to see we are not alone even though newspapers and news channels are all Obama all the time.

Rush was laughing that 20 million viewers listen because he is a bully. That was the real stretch.

Then Laura Ingram read from a poll or report and said radio talk show listeners are educated and politically involved. 75% of them VOTE.

Now think about that and then you know why Rush scares the hell of out Obama and his progressive party.

I admit it, I do find strength in Rush’s talk show. And I want the thugs in the school yard to go down. I need a lot of bullies like Rush.

Projecting and deflecting all the way to the asylum.

The bully is the one who seeks involuntary exploitation of others, typically to elevate their own deficient ego. There is only one group pursuing that end.

  3. The Machine says:

For her analogy, all she can come up with is a playground bully scenario?

    Good grief.

This one is dumber than a box o’ rocks.

oh no! somebody alert the “plantation master” himself, Rush Limbaugh! WE’VE BEEN DISCOVERED!!

Seriously though, Bob, I’m really starting to get what you said in one of your radio spots (still hoping those come back someday soon) “The thin skins of the left always amuse me”. This is great. Also, it definitely helps me to be more positive.

Thanks in no small part to the work of yours and other like-minded folks, I love being a Republican
