There is only one question, that needs to be asked. Did he plead guilty to having sex with a 13yoa. Yes. He needs to go to jail. PERIOD. If you read the reports from this case, Polanski was only going to have to serve an additional 48 days in jail. With the plea bargain. Total 90 days.
He needs to be charge with flight to avoid prosecution/incarceration.
