I must have missed the poll invite. I get way too many emails per day…
The Most Respected People On The Right
#1 — Rush Limbaugh
#2 — Sarah Palin
#3 — Thomas Sowell
#4 — Michelle Malkin
#5 — Mark Steyn
Least Favorite People On The Right
#1 — Olympia Snowe
#2 — John McCain
#3 — David Frum
#4 — Lindsey Graham
#5 — David Brooks
I pretty much agree with the “respected” (while I might fiddle with the rankings), but I have lots of others when it comes to “least”. Graham and/or Susan Collins at least at #3, and Mitt Romney has to be near the top.

Who is Mark Steyn? Never heard of him.
I don’t know any of these individuals on a personal level so I can’t tell you if I respect them or not. However, I will say the public persona of Michelle Malkin, Sarah Palin and Thomas Sowell are very positive for the Republican Party.
Condi Rice and Janice Rogers brown are also very good for the Republican Party.
Oh, and yes, you too Bob Parks!
At least two of the “Least Favorite People on the Right” — John McCain and Olympia Snowe — aren’t even on the right. Someone doesn’t know where the center is.
I know all the names in the first list (Mark Steyn is a conservative Canadian(!) columnist, often quoted in the Patriot Post, which I heartily recommend). Not up on the last three names in the “Least” list.
Cindy, get to know Mark Steyn.
Excellent conservative mind, brilliant writer, fast on his feet.

He also routinely subs for Rush Limbaugh when Rush is away.
I think Mark Steyn is wearing William Buckley’s mantle now, he’s that good.
Tom Sowell should be higher, and Steyn should be higher.
Also have to agree with Uncle Rick…the least favorite list is hardly reflective of actual conservatives…RINO’s maybe, but not conservatives.
MEmanuel beat me to it.

I have a similar sentiment, I suppose McCain would be towards the bottom of the “respect” list for me. I’m frustrated he was for Cap & Trade, and Amnesty, among other things. I think there would’ve been a push to get him to see our side of things, if he were President right now. One would hope he’d listen
Sorry, Bob, I wouldn’t agree to your opinion of Mitt.
I would put Sarah over Rush, though, and Mark Steyn is the cat’s meow! Love reading his stuff!
I’d have to in all honesty rank you somewhere between #2 and #4, Bob, you’re that good. Just not as well known, that’s all.
McCain? While I disagree with Glenn Beck’s analysis that he would’ve been worse for the country than The Obamanation, I think John is definitely a RINO, on a par with Olympia Snowe. Flip a coin.
Igor
Igor,
Fortunately for you, you didn’t live in Massachusetts while Romney used the Mass GOP as a political springboard, neglecting Republican campaigns, while leaving the state party a crony-infected mess. All this while issuing his phony smile.
Before you endorse the guy, talk to those who know him best.
oh duh..major DUH moment! I definitely agree with Cindy.
