This is a false statement. We know for a fact that nurture does not account for all behaviors. Some behaviors are innate, and stem from nature or something else. What nurture can do, is sabotage a life. When a human, young or old, decides to sabotage someone elses life, then they are responsible.

This is one of those situations where science betrays us. Our science cannot determine whether the brain is the source of consciousness or simply the means by which it is expressed. This returns us to the open question, can they be rehabilitated? We assume they can, but are often proved wrong.
