Question: a conservative writer makes up stories for a major metropolitan publication, gets caught and later fired… is he later warmly received with understanding or is he still a pariah?

Blair now works as a life coach for Ashburn Psychological Services, assisting clients with career assessment, attention deficit disorder, pervasive developmental disorders, mood disorders and substance abuse disorders.
Of course a pariah, but a liberal minority always gets that gratuitous opportunity for redemption.
I may be out of touch with new age wellness techniques, but the whole concept of a “life coach” seems as much like bullshit to me as those who provide aroma therapy or help others to talk with rocks. And to be “coached” by someone who used Affirmative Action to rise quickly through the ranks, just to be later nabbed as a lazy cheat, Jayson Blair is one of the last persons to whom compassion and understanding is due.
Liberals get cut this kind of slack. Conservatives shouldn’t and wouldn’t expect it.

But hypothetically, if there were a conservative writer hehheheh, NO. He would never work again.
And, even if he did find employment, it would never be as a “life coach”. I think the two are mutually aligned, Life Coach and aroma therapy- sounds and smells like BS!
Don’t know why the sudden outrage, liberals have been subsidizing criminals for decades.
I think you are being much too hard on him. He’s helping people with mental disabilities learn to live a normal life and to achieve the best they can. He is helping himself as well.
