I try not to diss people on their personal appearance, but in this case, what they can do with that appearance is fucking gross…
Houston police said George Vera, 25, was arrested Aug. 2 and taken to the city jail. He spent a day there before being transferred to the Harris County Jail. After being there for 14 hours, going through intake procedures, he was taken to the showers, the final step before going to his cell. There, Vera told police he had a 9mm handgun on him, along with 2 clips.
Vera weighs nearly 600 pounds and the gun was allegedly hidden between fat layers. Houston Police Officers Union President Gary Blankinship said cadets are trained how to search morbidly obese people.
“We teach officers to lift up and look under,” Blankinship said.
Lifting “up and looking under” on another man (let alone looking through layers of his body fat) is one of those things in life I’d have to be paid a helluva lot of money to do.

I know this is out of context, but this is highly relevant and ironic. Then again, I could say that this video was found among the many crevices found on Vera’s body. Anyone want to prove otherwise? Nearly 600 lbs. of Vera is waiting for you at Harris County Jail.

Fortunately, for them, the conservative modus operandi is neither so crude nor uncivil. Our conservative founders were forward thinking people. They should drop to their knees and thank God (or Creator) for the “Declaration of Independence” and Constitution. They should heed the following observation:

Let’s hope they do not escalate their charade. They should also know that BS was not the first.
On a side note: I still find it amusing that Putin should warn Americans from following the detour to socialism/communism. You would think that observing both Russia and China have chosen capitalism, would be sufficient to dispel any lingering doubts and misconceptions.

Nicolas I’ve always wondered how does someone let themselves get to that point without saying to themselves at one time or another, “hey I need to do something before I end up being 600 freaking lbs”.
George Vera has his own personal issues, I shall be one not to add to them, by adding insult to his appearance. At least he was kind enough to alert the police that they were there.
Much as I agree with the EWW factor, I have to agree with Cindy: at least he fessed up. That could have gotten UGLY were he to have gotten that into the jail, or a courtroom.
